Passed city UTV registration inspection

Mounted on rear UTV tailgate with velcro straps after drilling a couple of vertical holes and using nylon license plate nut/bolt fasteners and a coiuple of other horizontal nuts/bolts with rubber plugs on nut ends for lateral stability. Passed city use UTV inspection by local police just fine. Very sturdy material, originally had mounted above rear hitch onto UTV frame housing but stong enough to withstand the liftgate opening and striking it without breaking before relocating to tailgate exterior.
