I am new to juicing so I didn't want to get a high end (i.e., expensive) juicer to start out with figuring that if I decide to stick with it, I can upgrade at a later time. After doing my research and reading a lot of reviews, I decided to get this juicer and I'm really glad that I did! It's easy to put together and easy to use. The pulp that is left over is pretty dry, so I know I am getting most of the juice out of my fruits and vegetables. I actually feed a little of it to my dogs as a "treat" and they love it! As easy as it is to put together, it's easy to take apart to clean. The body of the juicer is made of plastic, but I expected that for the price point. I was going to give it 4 stars and not 5 is because it was missing the cleaning brush, but that doesn't have anything to do with how well the juicer works and, to me, that's what is important in a review - I have reached out to the company to let them know about this. I purchased the Aietto Juicing Machine after a week of researching juicers and reading reviews. I wanted to keep within a reasonable spending budget and get a quality juicer. It seemed that the Aietto Juicer met my needs so I ordered it. It was delivered in 1 day and I was ready with fresh fruits and veggies. So far I have made 5 juices as I just got the machine a few days ago. I was really happy with the packaging and instructions as well as the small juice recipe book. I washed all of the components and made my first juice. The machine is so quiet and efficient. What I will tell you is this: you will need a sturdy plastic cutting board, a good knife to cut fruits and veggies, a veggie peeler and maybe an apple slicer. This will make juicing a lot quicker. It's easier to prep your fruit and veggies before you juice so you will have a continuous flow of juice. Be careful not to clog the chute. Cut up your produce into small chunks. If a piece of fruit/veggie gets clogged, there is a reverse button that you can use. This will be trial and error until you get to the place where you know what size to cut up your produce. I peel ginger, oranges and lemons before putting them in the juicer. There are 2 speeds so I use hard for celery, ginger and apples and soft for oranges, lemons etc. The pulp was a bit wet but this isn't a high end juicer so I wasn't expecting dry pulp. The clean-up is a breeze! Yes there are about 9 components (including the 2 cups) that have to be cleaned however, it really is quick and easy. Years ago I had a Jack LaLanne Juicer and the cleanup was just a miserable chore. The juicer comes with a small cleaning brush and that is very helpful when cleaning the strainer. Again, this isn't a high end juicer but for the price, it's well worth it. You also need to be patient because it is a cold press juicer and takes longer to juice the produce with the auger. The components are hard plastic so gently handling them is recommended. The unit itself is compact and fits nicely on my counter. It's easy to assemble and disassemble too. I've used it 4 times so far, and am impressed. It's very easy to assemble and disassemble. And the parts are easy to clean. I've only handwashed the parts. The juicing screen takes the most time to clean. My only gripe is with the juice cup. When I pour the juice into a glass or bottle, it makes a mess. I've tried pouring slower, and faster to find the sweet spot but but in the end the juice still pours out and runs down the side. The last time I juiced, I used a large 2 cup glass measuring cup instead of the juice cup. ... show more

I have had this juicer for a short time and use it primarily to juice ginger and turmeric. It has been working well for that purpose but does require a slight learning curve on how to feed the veggies and/or fruits into the tube without clogging it. It cleans up fairly easily with hand-washing and some minor scrubbing but storing all the parts in my small kitchen required some creativity. Juicing lighter veggies and fruits has also worked well. This was my first juicer. I does juice very slow but seems like it is very powerful. It had a lot of removable parts making the clean up process time consuming. More time cleaning parts than juicing. Literally got in the mail the 2nd September out the box it was wobbling contacted customer support after back and forth they did replace the unit i did not think they would but I registered it and they did ask for proof it was also not turning on they did honor there warranty you have to register it within 7 days of purchase all in all i like my juicer and there customer service ... show more

I got this for celery, but it works for other vegetables too. I really like that it is quiet so I can juice in the morning without waking the house up. I put the discarded fiber back in and get more juice. For the price I think it’s a great juicer. Also assembly and cleanup is simple.
