I purchased the Aietto Juicing Machine after a week of researching juicers and reading reviews. I wanted to keep within a reasonable spending budget and get a quality juicer. It seemed that the Aietto Juicer met my needs so I ordered it. It was delivered in 1 day and I was ready with fresh fruits and veggies. So far I have made 5 juices as I just got the machine a few days ago. I was really happy with the packaging and instructions as well as the small juice recipe book. I washed all of the components and made my first juice. The machine is so quiet and efficient. What I will tell you is this: you will need a sturdy plastic cutting board, a good knife to cut fruits and veggies, a veggie peeler and maybe an apple slicer. This will make juicing a lot quicker. It's easier to prep your fruit and veggies before you juice so you will have a continuous flow of juice. Be careful not to clog the chute. Cut up your produce into small chunks. If a piece of fruit/veggie gets clogged, there is a reverse button that you can use. This will be trial and error until you get to the place where you know what size to cut up your produce. I peel ginger, oranges and lemons before putting them in the juicer. There are 2 speeds so I use hard for celery, ginger and apples and soft for oranges, lemons etc. The pulp was a bit wet but this isn't a high end juicer so I wasn't expecting dry pulp. The clean-up is a breeze! Yes there are about 9 components (including the 2 cups) that have to be cleaned however, it really is quick and easy. Years ago I had a Jack LaLanne Juicer and the cleanup was just a miserable chore. The juicer comes with a small cleaning brush and that is very helpful when cleaning the strainer. Again, this isn't a high end juicer but for the price, it's well worth it. You also need to be patient because it is a cold press juicer and takes longer to juice the produce with the auger. The components are hard plastic so gently handling them is recommended. The unit itself is compact and fits nicely on my counter. It's easy to assemble and disassemble too. I always wondered if I'd use one of these, and also: I'd been in the habit of treating myself to fresh juices when I was feeling "rich" at times... BUT I dont' like getting juice from vendors... I have a mold allergy, and I need to clean my veggies with vinegar...or skin things like carrots, etc... So after my hubby passed away I had a lot of trouble eating, I was sad, depressed, and STRESSED, it was an untimely death! -- I'd lost 20 lbs, and couldn't eat. (I was nauseous & vomiting often) -- the body releases a hormone into the body when your anxious; which is processed not thru your kidneys, but thru your stomach ... which is why so many people feel nauseous when they are anxious! I found myself being able to keep down cool things like pudding, deviled eggs, juice etc... So I decided to splurge and buy this juicer, and it was a turning point experience for me... All of a sudden I could get my celery, radishes, beets, carrots...etc. While I was still too nauseous to chew food, the juicer helped me "start eating" again... I can't say it would work for everyone, but it worked for me, and I'm happy to have it... it made "eating" easy & fun, and simple, and satisfying... I specifically purchased for celery juicing. It works great. But I found out that it is much more effective when you cut the celery into smaller pieces about quarter of an inch. I’m very satisfied with this product. I would definitely recommend this to my friends. I also noticed that using the slow setting it is much more effective in terms of taking the most out of the celery. And if you’d like to get about 3 extra ounces from it put the entire pulp back into the juicer only one time. ... show more

First off I love how quiet it is!!! My last juicer sounded like a lawnmower. When you live in a apartment you can't have a juicer making that much noise. It's easy to set up and with just a little prepping of your fruits and vegetables it does the rest. I checked the reviews and for the money this is without a doubt the best juicer for me. I was originally planning to buy Hurom since it was on sale, but found out multiple issues that the celery gets stuck, and some other fibrous fruits. I'm glad this popped into my feed, at a better price, does the job well, most especially when I juice Romaine, celery, ginger. No issues at all, and their customer service is fantastic! I love this juicer! It is quiet, easy to put together and it gets all of the juice out the produce. It also works so fast. The discard is completely dry. In other juicers I usually have to reload the discards.
