All the plastic pieces were super tiny. I was little disappointed in the physical size of the toys. My kids are a little older so it was okay but if you have a young one, you may want to consider something with large pieces. The truck was a good size and we love the collapsible bucket. No big sand castles being built with this one.

This set is cute but the shovel and rake are so small, like so small that I laughed when I opened it. The truck and shapes are cute though. We are keeping it and just buying a different shovel. Waaay over priced for what it is. I wouldn't order it again. You could put together the same thing from a dollar store for half of the price and double the shovel.

My bad for not zooming in and looking at the size of these items before purchasing but dang for the price I expected them to be full size. They’re a joke. They won’t be going to the beach with us. Likely will be going straight into the recycling bin. If you want to waste your money, just set some bills on fire- you will get more enjoyment from it.

This is a very nice set of beach toys. They are made of a good decent thickness of plastic, so they hold up to normal breeze of our beach (they did get picked up a bit with our occasional strong breeze if they were sitting just right, however they didn’t get far. And heavy duty enough to stand up to the occasional adult accidently stepping on them (doesn’t feel great, like stepping on a Lego) assuming it is something mushy like sand. I don’t know if it would stand up to hard surfaces like floors. The plastic looks like it will stand up to the elements if left in a sandbox and would also be fun to use in snow. The molds have great details so if you pack them well enough with snow/sand, you can see the sprinkles on the donut. I love, love, love that the main bucket is COLLAPSABLE! No more carrying those round bulky pails that nothing fits into except maybe another round bulky pail. And it fits into the provided mesh backpack, even with all the toys in the pack is lightweight and so she can carry them to the beach by herself. And since it is mostly mesh, we can leave the sand at the beach and not my car. I think the “theme” of the toys are cute too. You get a dump truck, and a small shovel and rake, pieces to make a castle, food molds (who doesn’t love a sand donut), and plenty of ice cream themed molds with an ice cream scoop. Just the kind of details that make this a great value. And seriously, let’s not forget that collapsible bucket. I think this is a sturdy set, definitely a great value, and would make a great gift for a little kid.

Decent plastic sand toys I got in preparation for getting our daughter a sandbox. They are fine, nothing to write home about. I like the colors, plastic is lightweight so I am not so while I am sure it'll last more than a season, they're not sturdy plastic so I wouldn't bank on passing these on. For the gifters: it comes in a flimsy, nondescript, white box (I had no idea what was in it), and there's no sort of paper or bubble wrap inside: the toys were pretty much dumped inside. I got this for my daughter's use (she's gonna love them), so the packaging made no difference to me, but just an FYI. EDIT: I see reviews saying that the shovels are laughably small. Perhaps for larger children but for babies and toddlers they are PERFECT! Went to the beach with these and our 14-month old had so much fun scooping and playing with the sand. So I say for under-threes these are ideal.
