I recently purchased a nice foldable creeper from a local auto parts store that was great for everything except how it rolled in my driveway. The original plastic casters were loud, jarring, and already wearing down in the first day of moderate use. So I ordered these bad boys without first checking their listed 3/4" threaded shaft length. Needless to say the included lock washers and nut were useless since it wouldn't fit all the way through. But, after boring out the hole the originals ones went through with a step bit I could actually thread these new casters in which left the top of the shaft exposed. Put a little JB Weld that I had handy in the gap and voila! These are more durable, more smooth, and much better wearing. Plus I now have the option to lock myself in position if need be. I'm sure now these casters will outlast the creeper itself.

These casters are awesome and the shipping was fast. The thing to watch for is installing the inserts. Every degree that the insert is off will be magnified when the caster is installed.

I bought these wheels for a kitchen island. Easy to install, smooth and no noise when moving the island. The brakes on them are easy to use with feet and the island does not move when brakes are on.

The product that we received is not like the picture on the box. There is an additional 3/8 inch nut on the threaded bolt that gives it additional height. We should have received wheels like the box shows. Please explain. The additional nut in my case is not needed and I had to make a special wrench to secure it to the cabinet.

The OEM hard 2" locking wheels on our portable flight simulato,r made for a rough ride over sidewalk cracks and the wheels would slip on smooth floors even though locked. The 3 " wheels provide a smoother ride, are easy to lock and they don't slip. Well made product with and good price point. Jim
