I decided to move my kids' gaming consoles from their room to the patio room. I needed to keep an eye on what they did, and they would get so much natural light too. We only had one desk and needed to buy a second one. I decided to purchase two desks from Sleepmax so they would match and look more aesthetically pleasing. Purchased one at 55 inches and the other one at 63 inches. My sons are 10 and 5 and they have been using them daily for over 6 months. My 10-year-old assembled both of them by himself very quickly. He struggled a little bit with the first one, but the second one was a breeze. They use them for their monitors and Xbox. They love having the headset holder and drink holder. It is very sturdy! As yall can see in 1st pic, I had a 43’’ desk from walmart for $40 back in 2020. For its cost, couldnt have expected more. Lasted beyond my expectations despite countless hours of use with all parts in tact, but it was time to step it up. Just got a place of my own, so i work more than ever & game more too. Normally a console guy, but recently got into PC gaming but desk couldnt fit more than my 38’’ monitor & a couple peripheral devices. At 6’1, 270 i Was tired of feeling huge at my desk. stumbled upon this & had to cop it when i saw its carbon fiber-like design , simple but strong legs, headset hook & cup holder. Every IT guys fear is spilling liquid down his system. I’ve done that w/ 4 xbox’s simultaneously. I saw too many gaming desks w/ not enough to offer, or trying too do too much to the point where u’re not sure if it’d even be safe for its intended purpose orat too high of a price. This desk has it all. Built it in 20 mins, light enough to move urself, appealing to the eye w/o looking like a kids desk & has a dip in its edge so u can sit upright in the chair instead of being forced to hunch forward if u got a lil gut, the cup holder also doubles as a great ashtray cup holder *wink wink* & it was over $20 off. Awesome buy & would definitely recommend. Perhaps i could’ve gotten the 63’’ instead of the 55’’ to create distance between monitor & tower, but it still looks good. This gaming destination is perfect for my needs. I have 2 32 inch monitors and I have plenty of room. The height is a bit taller than a regular desk but easy enough to adapt to. It's easy to put together and it's solid when built. The pad that comes with it is perfect for my wireless mouse. The only negative that I had was that it was shipped poorly. The first order was turned back by UPS as undeliverable. The refund came quick enough but it caused me to reorder it. This delayed my delivery by 2 weeks. When it arrived it was in a box that was too large, by about 2.5 foot, and only taped closed in 2 places. I count myself lucky that it arrived in one piece.     • Unexpected surprise
I bought this for the simple fact it was cheap. I was a but conflicted because the “carbon fiber” desktop looks terrible in the photos. When opening the box and taking it out i thought i had wasted my money and it was going to be wobbly and break easily. The “carbon fiber” looks way better in person and could almost pass as the real deal from a short distance. Once assembled i also found out that its extremely stout. I have 2 monitors with boom arms clamped to the desktop, all my peripherals and 75% of the time my feet on it and it holds up with no flexing or wobble. Not even a squeak. Easy assembly and sturdy. Its a bit top heavy as I found out when I assembled it at my house and was delivering to my son's birthday party. I bungied it only on right side of truck to ford 150 lower tiedown and right side rear tie down. I purchased this just a few days ago and got it very quickly. assembly was easy. This Desk Is very sturdy and spacious! I have no complaints so far. Also a good price. I would say more but i'll keep this simple.
