The media could not be loaded. Great trampoline! Sturdy design and easy to assemble. Kids and adults can jump. The opening has velcro so you can open and close it. The metal bars are wrapped in Styrofoam. When we mow, we can easily move it to a different location in the yard. I do wish it had a ladder or steps attached, but we bought a small ladder that we use for the kids to get up and down. ... show more

We bought this exact trampoline nearly 10 years ago and it was fantastic. After years of heavy use by kids in the neighborhood, the mat and net wore out, so we decided to replace it with the same model. Big mistake! This new version isn’t even close to the original in quality. One example of many: the support poles used to be solid—now they bend from a small kid leaning on them. One snapped entirely within a couple of months. In fact, the quality is so poor that I fear what would happen if a larger teenager jumped and fell with some force on the net. I reached out to the company via Amazon, hoping for a quick fix. Instead, it quickly became an exercise in frustration. They’re asking for proof of purchase, model and serial numbers, key numbers, photos—anything they can use to delay or deny a warranty claim. It’s hard not to conclude they’re just trying to avoid honoring it. Bottom line: don’t buy this trampoline. The quality is poor, and as many others have said in their reviews, the support is even worse. Look elsewhere. ... show more

This item gets a 5 out of 5 stars, highly recommend. Everything was packaged perfectly and I put it together my kids love it. A little hint to setting up the springs. . Go ahead and layout every 12th hole, then 6th hole then 3 holes then 2 hole and last 1 hole. (It won't take a act of the strongest man/woman to try and stretch it. . I just found it easier, but yeah no problems everything snapped together perfectly. Another thing people complain about more then one box. YES THIS COMES IN TWO SEPARATE BOXES BUT THERE IS A TRACKING ON EACH BOX AND THE SECOND BOX COME EARLY FOR ME. . HOPE THIS HELPS . . . Thank you. ... show more

Had it for a couple of years now and it’s a really good trampoline. You do need to make sure nobody jumps and grabs the poles holding the net up because a neighbor kid jumped and hung from the pole and it bent but that’s not a product flaw.

The basketball net broke immediately and the ball is not meant to live outside. I feel like the instructions needed a quick tip section so that I didn't have to read that whole book just to find out how to line up the net.
