This trampoline is great! Very straightforward, and easy to assemble. The tool used for the springs was great, and helped a lot. The only downside would be the small handle on it. I can barely fit two fingers in it, and is too small to hold it with the whole hand. If you don't have a really good grip strength, it might take a little longer to hook up the springs. This can simply be fixed with a full size handle, and hopefully will be fixed for future buyers. ... show more

This trampoline has been overall a good purchase, but one of the flex rods that supports the enclosure net snapped in half due to it being made of fiberglass. I have not been able to easily locate replacement parts for this, not even through the companies store on Amazon Skywalker trampolines can you please point me in the direction of replacement rods so I can purchase a few as the seem like they might break quite easily and we’ve already lost one. ... show more

the tool the supplied for streching out the springs must have cost them 95 cents. I paid 800 dollars, you would think the tool would be of better quality. Good quality product.

Horribly built. All of the poles bent after 1 year and they would not replace them. Customer service was 0 help. DO NOT BUY!!!!

    • Poles keep breaking
So the trampoline itself is great!!!! But it’s barely a year old and now there are 4 broken poles! One broke just a few months after having it. Not happy that I have to order so many new parts to order. The old style the net ripped before the poles broke.

Bought it for the enclosure and the holes on the net that go around the gold metal triangle slips off around onto the spring because the holes are cut to big. So I seen my son's leg sticking out and thought oh geez he's squeezing his leg through. Nope when the kids jump those holes are cut to big and actually slip over the spring it's self. Pictures included of net coming off and of it already slipped over the spring. Surely this will led to it tearing sooner then later. I suggest anyone who buys it looks at the net after kids jump. No it wasn't even close to anyone jumping over the weight limit. Skywalker needs to address as that's clearly a hazard its not a very useful enclosure if it's already coming off the next we got it. The poles are kinda dangerous putting up it swung out and hit his thigh which was sore he said the next day at least it just hit the thigh. Idk he told me the older Skywalker with the metal poles was easier and better as far as assembly and the net maybe choose the other style. Im stuck with this one hope Skywalker sends me a different net i doubt it's just mine depends what age u have jumping that's gonna try to push on the bottom of the net probably to notice but again the net will fail the way it stands regardless of age. ... show more
