Good experience
Excellent experience. Kids love it, has Ben safe and reliable. After 2+ years out in the elements (in California) had to dismantle to store. Everything was in reasonably good condition, the metal has basically no rust or damage, see pics, with exception of: - cover for springs that forms a circle around the whole trampoline -- pretty much disintegrated on the sunnier side. - the bolts holding things together were very difficult to get off, had to hacksaw one. They seem to be perhaps too soft a metal or something. - only one out of 8 foam wrappers has any damage. - minor rust I the feet that sit in water when it rains. - zipper seam has some area coming out but still works well. - jumping surface and betting are in great condition Overall it has held together especially the door zipper and of course the jumping surface itself which seems almost pristine.

Great Fun and the better 10 foot trampoline
This trampoline works great, was easy to setup and the kids love it. I was torn between the Ultega and this one but I chose this one because if you notice the feet on this one do not extend outward and I barely had the 10 feet needed. My neighbor has the Ultega and it works well too. The main difference is that the Ultega has a weight capacity of 445 pounds while this one only has a 175 pound weight capacity. However I am 205 and can jump in it with my two kids with no issues. This is why I am giving it 4 stars rather than 5. I'm not sure why the great difference in the weight rating between the two but something must not be right. The net works phenomenally well and is built into the mat. This is an important design feature which I prefer over the Ultega. Basically users of the trampoline do not have to worry about hitting the springs area because the net extends from the mat not the exterior protective spring cover. So choose whats important to you but understand the slight but important details. In my mind this one is the safer of the two. If you can call a trampoline safe. Lol ------------- March Update This trampoline is awesome. The kids use it everyday and I can safely say that my 205 pound self and the 75 pounds of kids easily have fun jumping on it. The net is great and keeps everyone safely inside. I'm seriously getting my money's worth out of it.

Good bones but everything else falls apart
I purposely waited to write the review to see how the trampoline held up over time. We purchased the trampoline two years ago. It has gotten a lot of use by 8-10 year old boys. The frame and springs have held up fine (although one pole did bend at the attachment to the frame after about a year. The netting and pad are my biggest complaints. The net ripped on two different sides after just over a year (of course outside of the warranty period of one year) - this is a safety hazard now as the kids can fall out of the trampoline. The padding encircling the trampoline has shredded. Now to be fair, we live in Houston and the Texas sun wears on things, but see the attached pics of what I mean by shredded (also just one year warranty). I have looked at replacement parts on Skywalker Trampoline website and the mat pad is $80, the net is $70, and the tube is $17. $167 for replacement parts when we paid just over $200 for the whole trampoline. It’s disappointing that it’s meant to hold up for such a short period of time.

Great deal if you buy at the normal “Amazon” price
Bought this trampoline to keep my kids busy during the pandemic and luckily was able to buy it at a normal price when it was in stock and sold by Amazon and not price gouged by a 3rd party seller. First I would highly recommend that you plan ahead and read the instructions fully before you start. Typical dad-mode I rushed in to start before finding that at first I attached the springs in the incorrect order (just going around in a circle) and halfway through I was wondering why it was so loose in some areas and impossible to connect in others. Whoops! Then when I figured it out and correctly attached al the springs, it turns out that I didn’t start at the right post and ended up not lining up the poles correctly. Mistake #2! So when it initially says it should take 2 people around 2 hours to do, I was able to make it myself but took longer because of the lack of planning ahead. If you plan ahead and with proper tools (use your own and not the included ones), you should be able to finish in under an hour. Once I got the trampoline up, it works well for a 7 and a 5 year old. They’re able to go in together and jump around. I added some gardening U-stakes that I bought at Lowe’s to secure it into the ground. It feels secure enough but wanted the extra piece of mind. I recommend you look there, I know they do sell ones from the manufacturer but they’re very costly for what they are and at Lowe’s I was able to get a 10 pack of stakes for only a few bucks. Second I threw on a tarp on top and secured it with zip ties. You don’t need a covering but with leaves and branches falling, added it on top to give some shade as well at to keep the extra stuff off the trampoline. Make sure if you do to punch a few holes so if it rains, it can drain out. Otherwise the water will collect and the tarp and netting will start to bow. Overall I’m very happy with the trampoline. How long it keeps their attention is another. In the 3 weeks I’ve had it up, they’ve probably used it a half dozen times and might not continue to grow with them as they get older. But for what I needed now, to keep them busy while I WFH, for the normal price through Amazon it’s a win.

Unfortunately, the 1-star is due to Amazon. So far the trampoline is meeting expectations. I chose this model because free assembly was offered. Otherwise, I would have selected another option. The assembler did not show up for the appointment, set aside the fact that I took the whole day off work to be available during the 4 hour time slot. If not for the free assembly, I would have purchased another model.
