I came back to update my review, because after I left te initial review below, their customer service jumped in and offered to do everything they could to make it better. They immediately reached out and started offering different options for me to replace the frame, but they ended sending me a whole new trampoline, which I received today, for the price of just shipping the frame! I am seriously so impressed with how this was handled! I changed my review from a 3 to a 5 because the customer service is hands down one of the most impressive ones I have dealt with! Bought this for my eleven year old daughter. We were thrilled! It’s extremely cool! But a huge storm blew in after five days of owning it and despite being attached to the ground with the spiral hooks and straps, it launched like a rocket into our neighbors yard and crumbled like pipe cleaner! We luckily bought a warranty and they graciously covered it but we need replacement parts! I can not for the life of me figure out how to contact the seller to ask where we can buy the replacement poles for the frame that holds the may! Any suggestions would be great!

There were no instructions for setting up the lights and sprinkler! I had to find a second person to set up the trampoline properly! Still looking! I am a single grandma and I wished I knew a professional person to set up my trampoline for my grands!

I have a big family lots of children an teens. The trampoline we had was not great for everyone at once . So my husband I decided it was time for something bigger an well of we’re going to spend the extra money on more space might as well add the bells and whistles too. We do not have a single complaints about the company or this product. Was it hard to put the springs in? Yes but really just follow the instructions it’ll save you time an energy. I have had wonderful communication from the seller regulating a few questions I had and everything has been perfect.

This is a great trampoline! Very heavy duty and will give my grandchildren hours of fun. I put it together by myself over about a week. My issue is, it is not complete. I cannot put the basketball hoop up because I am missing a bottom post. There should be 12 bottom posts, but I only received 11. I have called the customer service number listed on the instruction book and it goes straight to voicemail. I left a message and have not received a return call. I have also attempted to send an email to the listed email address 3 times and each time, it is returned undeliverable. I'm not sure where to go from here. Update: I was able to contact the seller through Amazon and was notified right away by the seller and they promptly sent my missing bottom post. I will now be able to finish the trampoline. I changed the stars from 3 to 4 for the prompt resolution to my issue. Just disappointed that the book came with a customer service number and email that did not work. But I am happy now!
