I recently got my pilot's license. It's always been a dream of mine to take my dear wife Mary flying. But sadly she got run over by a reindeer last year. Yes, just like the song. Our 19 grandchildren helped put me through pilot school to keep from killing myself after my dear wife's tragic departure. However I think it's made me more melancholy for she always believed in me and I'm sad I didn't get to take her flying in her life time. On another level I thought flying would make me closer to her. She was a women of God and I know her beautiful soul is up in the clouds with our Lord above. So this was my first plane after I got my license and it was much smaller then expected I wished to take my 19 1/2 grandchildren all flying but the plane would only fit me and my dearest Mary's urn. So off we went into the sky, she flew like a beauty... At first. Eventually, right as we were coming up on the Indian ocean BANG POP DUHHHHH. She starts going down. Mary drops from the plane. When she dropped we were right over an open air restaurant. Her urn pops open and there she goes into everyone's food. I land in the ocean and sink as I watch 20 something people all eating my wife, giving their compliments to the chef and asking about the seasoning. Eventually my grandchild came looking for me but by then I had already turned into a mermaid and swam away. Now I'm sitting in the moon pool just thinking about Mary and all the people eating her ashes. I think I may give up ... show more
