I returned this bag because of a manufacturing defect. The mid-sized pocket zipper stuck about 80% of the time when trying to open it. There is significant excess fabric gathered around the zipper's seams, and it's virtually impossible to avoid the problem. It's the most accessible and often used pocket -- perfect for wallet, sunscreen, transit passes, etc -- especially when wearing the front for travel security. Almost everything else about it is great -- water bottle side pockets are ample and secure, useful inner sleeves, etc. It's comfortable and easily adjustable. The only feature I didn't care for was the strap mounted phone/sunglasses holder. It's bulky, and in a fixed position -- not accessible when you wear it front-facing and the little strap for the sunglasses is not very functional, as it's loosely constructed and not a secure fit. If not for the major zipper issue, I would have happily kept it and used it regularly. I'm looking at spending a bit more to get the construction quality that this one did not have, but may order another one, hoping my issue was a one-off.

Great size. I tried several other cross body bags and none of them were big enough, this one is perfect. It holds my full size wallet, epi-pens, medium size lotion, lipstick, chapstick, aspirin, sunscreen gum, mints and cough drops. The two outside pockets hold my iPhone and sunglasses case. I love this bag. My search is over. I only wish it had more colors.

This is a great size sling bag, with a nice variety and sizes of pockets. The large pocket is lined and great for putting drinks in it. It’s lightweight. I use it for the gym and love it.

While the bag has worked okay, it has some definite build quality issues. The water bottle holder on the side isn't quite deep enough, and even though I was putting a water bottle in it that was smaller than the maximum size allowable, the stitching on the side frayed and ripped. The seams on the zippers have started to pull away. The whole bag is still usable, but I question how long it will last considering that I've only been using it for three weeks.
