I got distracted while doing some underwater filming the other day and my paddle had slipped off my board without me noticing. As you can see from the photos, my black paddle in the water would have been barely noticeable, if it was not for the bright color of this paddle float. I think my paddle would float on its own for a bit, but not for very long without this thing attached. This float really saved my a** out on the water.

This attaches easily and works great to keep paddle afloat. I used a tether when I wanted to relax. I have a convertible paddle so it also helped as a cushion when using it as a kayak paddle. I scored an inflatable paddle board that I am super excited to try out. I am a bit nervous about it though and am looking for accessories that will make the adventure easier. This float works great for the paddle! Even if I let it go, drop it, hurl it across the pond as I’m falling, it’ll be easy to spot bobbing on the water with the bright pink! The hook and loop closure makes it easy to secure to your paddle. I would say with the foam is stiff enough that even without the extra, it will likely NOT come off your paddle. I am happy with this and think it will have a positive impact on my paddle board adventures.
