We have had this trampoline now for several months and it’s holding up well. So I’ll start from the beginning to cover everything about it. It came in on time and all at the same time, two large boxes. Everything was accounted for and had the net, net top cover, pads, basketball goal and ball, shoe bag, and ladder. There were a couple of clips broken that clipped the net poles together but it came with a few more so it was fine. The installation was fairly simple even with vague details in the instructions. I did it by myself and took about 4 hours not rushing. Definitely would have been easier with an extra person. Tips for installing - have a drill with sockets for quick screw installation. the legs have a front and back but only half of them matter obviously because of the curves. Install the springs not liner but opposite (12oclock, 6 , 3, 9 those in any order then fill in the rest and make sure to count the spring hooks so you don’t have to move a bunch of springs over again! I did mine linear 1-12(72sprins) and it was fine but could have been easier if I had known. Do not put the net poles up until you start with the net. The shoe strings are actually the ties for the net top but I found them a bit short and ended up adding hose clamps on the poles to hook them to make it easier to take the top on and off. Make sure to line the net door up with a leg section that has the pole on the ground not In between. These things will help prevent a little frustration having to redo stuff. I have pictures I’m attaching as well. Now for the issues I have after installing. The pads were a bit too small and I could not get them to stay evenly covered as one side would pop off just as I put on the last bit, no matter how hard I tried because I did! I ended up using black duck tape to secure it to the outside ring before I pulled the last part tight. That finally worked and has held up and the tape sticks well to it and the black tape blended in so you don’t even notice. The net poles could have easily had two improvements; a quick release to remove them as needed(aka storms) not gonna get into details but easily modified with the proper hardware; there could have also been little hooks or something to loop the net top strings to, again easily modified with minimal effort. Then the ladder has round poles that can be hard on sensitive feet, flat steps would have been better. And lastly the top stretches too easily so careful with that. That about sums it up. The trampoline will hold multiple people and holds up. I added some tie downs which I recommed and the top net will go over the basketball goal although can’t really use it with the top on. The overall cost and quality are well worth the price, I modify things all the time and so I may make it seem it had a bunch of issues but other than the pads not really just changes I have or would if I had the time. ... show more

    • Great trampoline with a few manufacturing errors

This is a great trampoline but there are some minor manufacturing and shipping issues. There were two boxes that came and they were all intact with all of the pieces to put the trampoline together. It was an easy set up but the cover and the shoe pouch was not included. I reached out to the company and they stated those items are on back order, however I still do not have these items, I ordered the trampoline in May. A design flaw is the cover that goes over the springs has very few ties to tie to the frame. My older kids jumped on it once and the ties broke causing the cover to move around. I’m still trying to find a way to fix that. Overall not a bad trampoline, the kids like it but I’m mostly disappointed the net cover and the shoe pouch have not arrived, the cover was a big reason I purchased this trampoline. ... show more

We ordered this trampoline for our kiddos for there birthday. I am super happy with how it turned out once we got it put together. The reason I did not give it all 5 stars is because the instructions were not east to follow at all. They weren't in order and they were very vague. If I would have had to put it together by myself. There's no way I would have been able to do it. My husband is very handy, so he came in handy! Lol the one thing I love love is that it has a cover for the top. It is very well made and the fact that it's a small business made us super happy. We have an HVAC company, it's just myself and my husband. Easy set up! Was missing the cover and shoe bag, customer service sent immediately. The middle zipper isn’t directly in the middle which is a lil bothersome and the ladder doesn’t attach. Overall we still like it very much and will keep!

Overall kids see a trampoline and they love that fact. They loved everything about it, but I do have to say to check your pieces. I got this trampoline a few weeks ago and since I am constantly at work, I finally had time to set it up but I noticed there was NO TRAMPOLINE COVER or the one netting to place shoes. I received the trampoline a few days later than expected then put it together and didn't receive the cover or shoe hold . I wrote them and they said it was running behind so then they had to ship it to a different address because it was originally ship to FL. For a easter gift that was going to michigan with grandkids three said not a problem . The grandkids received the Coudersport and shoe hold today . This is a great trampoline. All three boxes arrived on time. Took my husband and I 3 hours to completely assemble. Directions were sufficient. All parts were included. The trampoline is sturdy. My only two complaints would be that I wish it came with some hooks or something to go around the “legs” to keep it secure on a windy day. Second complaint is I kind of wish I chose a trampoline where the metal poles bowed out away from the trampoline because they are quite hard even with the foam around them. assembly was easy until i got to larger pole labeled A. There were no connection screws. Notified company and they sent connections for the smaller pole. It would not fit the larger pole. Had to go to Home Depot to find makeshift screws. It was not explained how to mount the larger pole!
