I have a trumpet I picked up in a garage sale and decided it should have a case. This case satisfies my needs, but you probably should know it doesn't get hard use. I have no way to know whether it would endure hard use or being knocked around a lot.

We purchased this so my son would have a hard case for his trumpet. When it came the trumpet wouldn’t fit so we sadly had to return the item.

    • Trumpet did not fit in the case.
I had to modify the foam insert so that my trumpet would fit in the case. The hard shell is good quality.

    • Does not fit standard trumpet
We got this case to replace my daughter's gator case that had two of the bottom feet shatter. Was hoping this would be a similar case but different design (no molded feet) and might fare better. However, when it arrived the entire case was much more flimsy than the former gator case. My daughter put her trumpet in and the case would not close. We closed up all of the tuning pipes on the trumpet to see if that would help and it was still so tight that the top of the case was putting a lot of pressure on the trumpet valves. Not a good case at all. Couldn't speak to the durability of it since it did not even fit the trumpet. Also had almost no room for accessories as the extra pocket is so shallow that nothing would fit in it. ... show more
