Skunk2 Pro-S II Coilovers are our non-adjustable full threaded body option for the 96-00 Civic. Pro-S II's use most of the same technologies and manufacturing processes found in the Pro-C suspension system line minus a few bells and whistles. Each Pro-S II Coilover system is based around mono-tube design that features forged threaded body that allows for ride height changes separate from spring pre-load and precision valving dialed in by Skunk2’s suspension engineers for the spring rates spec'd out for each application. Good quality product. Hardest part was getting the old bolts out. I put mine at the highest recommended setting and it was low enough that I had to roll my back fenders not to rub. I have a 98 civic and didn’t have to use the break line bracket.

Installed these on my 2000 dx civic hatchback. Fit and finish of these shocks is spot on. They look awesome, easy to adjust, and the quality of the product is superb. The fronts I would give 10/10 for every reason possible. The rears is where I have a lil issue. Nothing wrong with them physically, but the spring rate is extremely firm. Even on the softest preload setting it is lil bit of a rough ride, have not contacted them yet to see if a softer spring is avail. ... show more
