I bought this based upon a recommendation from a friend. Does a great job at shaving my head and face. Cleanup is much easier than a popular three headed wet dry shaver I had been using. It is easy to hold a a solid feel.

Super easy to use. Works right out of the box. It got my hair down to the point where only a *professional* head shave would have gotten it lower. Which is amazing because it barely took me a minute to use. Because of the ease of use, I’ll probably be able to use this every day and keep my look consistent. 10/10, wish I had gotten it earlier. I purchased the platinum shaver in January 2023. It worked well for about 7 months. One day it turned on and wouldn’t shut off. The battery eventually died and I tried charging it again with no success. I looked up the issue on the internet and it appeared to be something that happens somewhat regularly. The unit has a 1 year warranty so I thought I was good to go for a replacement. Here’s the rub. They offer 3 options. Send my old one in (pay for shipping) and once they receive it, they will send a refurbished model to me. Option 2 purchase another one or Option 3 purchase and send my old one in. Once they receive it they will refund the handle cost but the old warranty date is still in effect. I would have thought that there would be a better replacement plan given that this shaver is by far the most expensive shaver on the market. ... show more
