I can't say enough about this product. I believe it's actually amazing. As a mother of a child with special needs this product has really opened up a whole new way of thinking for my son. I became interested in this product whe his speech therapist was trying to teach him how to separate colors to enhance his speech. While searching online this product called my attention because of the bright colors. When the product came I was actually quite impressed with the packaging. The Sorting cups are actually organized in the small container that has a lid on it. The Cups are a perfect size and the amount of small bears that come in the package it is quite impressive too, you're getting a good amount of toys here. Although my son is about close to three years old I wouldn't recommend this product for a child that's under 2 years old the Bears are kind of small and it could easily fit in the young kids mouth and possibly choke on them, but since my son is older and I never leave him unattended while playing with them I'm totally comfortable with the size of the Bears. My son can't get enough of playing with this product which I love because on top of learning colors and enhancing his speech he's building good developmental fine motor skills when he sorts out the color Bears into their designed cup. Like I mentioned he really likes it. Another thing I can't get enough of is the seller was awesome getting back to me and what I didn't know was this producr comes with a 60-page Activity Set for your child that you download and print from home. It contains different activities on how to sort the Bears how to play with the Bears so it's not just sorting Bears enter sign cups are stacking the Cubs it comes with the whole activity for learning. My son speech therapist really like this product and so does his occupational therapist and that's all I need is their stamp of approval. Nothing fancy but exactly what you see is what you get. These have been great for our preschool/TK homeschool activities and we use them all the time for basic addition and subtraction, color sorting, making patterns, and one to one correspondence. I have 1.5 year old and 3.5 year old grandchildren. They both love these bears and cups. The younger needs some supervision as the bears are fairly small. Also the tongs are plastic and could be broken fairly easily. Remedied by purchasing cool finger tongs on Amazon which are metal with little hands on the end. The kit includes bears, cups, and one set of tongs in a cute little bag. Skoolzy products are great this is our third purchase and we will continue to buy because they are great kid friendly items. The colors are vibrant and they are nicely detailed. My 3.5 year old has used them in many creative ways from counting, sorting and game playing. The price is always well within budget! The description of the Skoolzy bear sets are a bit confusing in my opinion. They sell 2 different sets that are very similar to one another. I bought both sets. Both are 70 pieces, although labeled incorrectly. The main difference in this set, and the stem set is that the bears in this set stack and cost just a little more. Or rather the bears click together. Both sets come with 60 bears, 6 cups, the tong scooper, a foam die, and 2 baggies. I personally prefer the stacking bears to the plain counting bears, as they're more versatile for additional activities, especially for addition and subtraction. However, standing up more than a few bears at at time is more difficult than it should be for toddlers, but I still really like them. Also, these are obviously a choking hazard due to their small size, but they chould make the bears safer by putting a hole all the way through the bears head so air could still pass thru them. I also wish they had an option that included tweezers and a storage bin, rather than baggies. As you can see, I bought a tweezer set and matching bowls from another company. I also really wanted to order the jumbo stacking bears set, but sadly they don't offer those in the primary colors for some odd reason. Overall I am happy with my purchases, but I wish I had gotten all stacking bears. With some improvements they could make a 5 star set. ... show more

My son is five, however due to his late in the year birthday, has not quite started kindergarten yet. So I started doing at home lessons with him to prepare him and get him up to speed with some basic educational skills necessary to transition smoothly. Math was something he understood, but had a very hard time wanting to take the minute or two to figure out the solutions. That's where Education Treasures' counting bears came to our rescue! We tried them out the first day we got them. By laying a math problem out for him, he used bears that were color coordinated to the number color (see photo), and was quickly able to visualize and find the answer. Once he figured it out, math became fun and exciting for him. We use the bears everyday, and during he free time he has gone to get the bears several times to do math practice on his own just for fun. We went from having a five year old who struggled to do math, to having a five year old who enjoys math so much that he does it for fun. While I'm not usually one to base success off of a single product, I am fully convinced that these bears have greatly helped my son understand and enjoy math. I would recommend to anyone with kiddo's for math and counting practice, whether they struggle with math or not! ... show more
