We had bought the 14 ft trampoline for our 5 year old and it took us a good 3 hours to set up, mainly because the net was such a struggle to put on!! Lol It's a great size and could easily fit 4-5 kids no problem. We live in the Midwest so winds can be BRUTAL here and it's withstanded all of the storms no problem, so there is no question in how well it was built! The net holds pretty well, but unfortunately the shoe holder ripped after our daughter tried using it as a stepping stool but other than that it's well worth the money!

We got the 14' version. Setup was relatively easy with easy to understand instructions. (The worst part is having to stretch out all the springs, which is the case for most trampolines) The included safety rails/net are surprisingly strong and durable; I've got no worries of my little one falling off/out. The mat seems to be pretty good quality as well. There were no rips or abrasions. I really like that it comes with a ladder and ground stakes with tethers. My son loves that it came with a basketball hoop and is obsessed with shooting hoops as he jumps.

Ok so I purchased this 14 ft trampoline because of reviews. It is for my grandsons who need to play outside and get away from their tablets, phones and tv at least for a little while. A storm came through and a large tree limb fell through the mat. For the last month I have tried to get the seller to sell me a new mat. What did I get? 2 photos of the mat and a copy of the owner’s manual. No help from the seller on buying another mat from them. Yes Amazon sells mats but if I don’t get what came with it then I run the risk of not getting the right mat. You would think the seller would be more conscientious of how this looks especially at a time when others may want to buy their product as a gift. Fortunately I did purchase insurance on this but it only covered the price of the product and not shipping, etc. SKOK please help me get this resolved before Thanksgiving 2024! SKOK did respond! They compensated me with a replacement mat and few extra parts.

The trampoline was easy to assemble and seems sturdy. Me and my 2 kids often jump on it together and it has never felt wobbly. Despite my guidance, my kids are constantly running into the safety net and it has had no problems supporting them. We've had it for almost a year now and are very satisfied with our choice.

I'm very happy I purchased this brand. It was fairly easy to assemble, I assembled it with my boyfriend and we didn't even get mad at each other 😅 It seemed like the brand where you would get the most for your money and great sturdiness. The netting is great, not one hole anywhere. The basketball board did get broken pretty easy but that's what happens when people are rough on things

This went together well. I let my 12 year old son start it and he got a good head start. Then I joined in and put the bounce pad and upper parts on with him. Seems very sturdy and my kids love it! Update: freak wind flipped the trampoline though it was anchored and had these stairs attached. Nothing else in the yard was blown around. Bent 4 net support poles and broke one bracket. Company gave a fast response and though I offered to pay, they sent the parts I need and we are back to 100%. Would be happy to order from them again!
