The media could not be loaded. This is such a lovely cream and has dove wonders for my skin. This is only the second time I bought it off of Amazon and sadly someone stole and used half the jar. The color is wrong too and the smell is off. Someone probably used it for a month and then returned it for the full price. Be careful and notice if the jar lid has all the proper packaging pieces. Skin Medica has been my go-to cream for a few years. I do not like the new packaging, however, as the inset bowl of cream comes right out of its base. I am also wondering if the cream amount is really the same as before even though it’s noted to be the same amount.

I am turning 39. I have been using this product since I was 29. I had a change in estrogen and a great deal of stress that led to an extreme breakout that I had never faced before. I wanted a moisturizer that didn't leave me feeling oily, that healed my skin at night after the acid I was subjecting my skin to because of the breakouts, and I wanted properties that would help slow the wrinkles down. I also wanted something that would make my skin glow so much that I would be able to go without foundation and concealer. This was perfect! I use a different moisturizer during the day, but this is my go to at night. If I am feeling oily, as we sometimes do, I will switch to this moisturizer until it passes. I have been using this cream from my dermatologist for quite some time and love it. This is the second time I ordered from amazon. The first time I had no issues and cream was the same. My recent order I returned and was definitively NOT the same cream. The color, smell and consistency was different. I thought maybe they changed it (since sold from amazon) and decided to use it and broke out in 3 days!! I then ordered from my dermatologist for 150!!!! I compared the cream and they were different. Packaged all the same but the amazon cream seemed smooth and silky while the dermatologist brand seemed thicker. Not sure why this is the case since amazon buys and sells directly from the manufacturer. Amazon was great with giving me my money back and said they would further investigate since there were multiple reviews with the same issue. I only knew it was different because I have been using it for a while and could just tell. First picture with granite background is from amazon. Second picture on white counter is from dermatologist.
