I liked mine so much I purchased another one for my mom since she was in love with my watch :) The only thing I don't like is the fact there's no blood pressure monitoring like my roommate's watch. Otherwise I love the ease of charging the battery, the fact you can put a photo on the watch face, sleep monitoring seems pretty accurate, steps per day is nice, and it has a lot of other really neat features. My other advice is including more of an instruction sheet as my mom is having a horrible time learning how to use it and I had to learn on my own as well so that would be extremely helpful. So far, the SKG watch is functioning exceptionally well keeping track of most exercise and health features. Because the smartwatch does not come with a manual, site to look up problems, and the app just states problems with no solutions, I can't solve the VO2 error message of "put on the device". All other functions are operating and recording. The watch band is way too big for a 6 inch wrist thus a tight fit may be required to get the VO2 reading. For the price, I am happy with the watch with battery life more than a week. I charge it weekly with the lowest battery reading at 26% when I charged it again. ... show more

I AM NOT TECH LITERATE! The watch did what is says it would do: answer and make calls, receive text previews, email and facebook previews. I'm sure the alexa and music stuff worked but I don't do those things. I needed this for GroupMe at work. I couldn't get that notification to come through. I also couldn't figure out how to get from the home screen to the icon command screen without going through settings. Great fitness watch with bonus phone notifications and calls. Not great alternative to pulling phone out at work. Also, I'm using a Samsung A20 phone...old and cheap. ... show more

I expected since it took heart rate, oxygen and everything else that it would take my BP. But it doesn't. Other than that great watch. Not the easiest to set up with Alexa or music. But general smartcg watch I am very happy.

The watch works for my needs. The Bluetooth does not stay connected so you will have to recync from time to time and you must have a Amazon prime account. Battery life if you use all features gets you 3-5 days, not 8 as advertised. Affordable. All in all, nice watch for the price.

However, as it is now with all electronics you buy now, there is little-to-none instruction on how to set it up and operate all the features. You get a mini-leaflet with it. I ordered this as a replacement for my Fitbit HR Charge. This is a decent product for some functions; steps appear to be accurate, functionality is good, and the charge lasts a long time. The bluetooth is not strong; I have to have a really good wireless connection for the phone call and text message notification to appear. The notifications always appeared on my old Fitbit and this watch is just not a good replacement for that function. My big pet peeve is the watchband. It is so large that I have to put it in the next to last hole to make it smaller. A tiny tab of the other end of the band is supposed to snap into the body of the band, and then slide into the loop on the band. The little plastic tab that is supposed to snap into the holes in the band is too short and does not hold. The loop keeps sliding around and then the edge of the band just flops. I am past the return period so I guess I will keep it but very disappointed in the band. For the money, the watch is OK. ... show more
