Very comfortable. Good walking shoe if you have arthritis in hips. No pain when I wear these . I thought they were tie laces. As I had to get wide because of bunionettes , they are a little loose in heel. That slightly affects stability. I think if I get thicker , padded socks it will help. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of looseness in heel. Still, a good sneaker for my sore hips. True to size ... show more

UPDATED Review. My first pair was perfect, so I ordered another. What I got was USED dirty shoes with all the tags off. Nasty. Unacceptable. This wasn't a thrift store buy. Who is sending out nasty shoes? Gross. Earlier review: I originally bought this shoe in a department store, super comfort and the memory foam is like heaven. It was also too much, but it settled down after a few wears to make a perfect sneak for walking. I decided to get a second pair and found on Amazon and the teal accent pair was nearly a third the cost of what I originally paid for the black and white pair. I though the price might reflect a return or quality issue - but no. They are perfect! Fit great and feel comfy first wear.
