Best pair of shoes I've even bought for walking. Fits true to size, lightweight, good traction on different terrains. Started wearing them for short hikes ten straight days in a row for about 1-2 hours each day. Feels snug at the beginning but it loosens up and gets softer. Very well cushioned through trailheads with dry slippery dirt, rocks, bushes, and elevation gain supporting my feet. No blisters, no sore feet, just makes me want to keep on walking. These Skechers Hands Free Slip-ins have earned a permanent spot by my front hall tree. I can literally step right into them with my hands full—whether I’m carrying groceries, laundry, or trying to get out the door with a dozen other things. No bending over, no tugging on the heel, and no crushed backs. They’re incredibly comfortable right out of the box, with plenty of cushioning for walking and running errands. They are like walking barefoot on a cloud. They fit securely once they’re on, but still slip on effortlessly every single time. I didn’t think “hands-free” would make that much of a difference, but now I catch myself wearing these every day. They’ve made life just a little easier, and sometimes it’s the little things that make the biggest difference.     • Insole breaking down after 3 months

I love these shoes! They have been comfortable from the first time I wore them. They slip on easily, stay on, and support my feet well for walking without becoming sore. I have washed them a couple of times (about once a month) as directed by manufacturer in cold water & let them air dry; haven't noticed any issues with washing. I've put a lot of miles on them, & the outer sole shows hardly any wear. My only issue is that after 3 months I noticed the interior where my toes rest is starting to break down. I really wanted to wear these without insoles because those interfere with the easy slip on feature, but I finally added insoles to prevent further breakdown. I still love the shoes, but can't give 5 stars because of that. I recommend if you get these shoes that you add insoles from the beginning to get the most life out of them. ... show more

They're comfortable and lightweight, perfect for everyday walking. I love them for traveling because they're so easy to slip on and off. The color is gorgeous and goes with everything. I've had them for quite a while now and they're still in perfect condition.

I especially loved that they are slip-on shoes, so she can easily slide her feet in and out without having to bend down and struggle with putting them on. For someone in her 60s, the convenience factor is huge. She loved them so much that she actually asked us to buy her a second pair in another color!
