I bought 3 pairs of these in hopes to find a decent enough alternative to Triple 8s or 187 pads, or any of the ridiculously priced pads that are out there. I, along with my 3 kids, do aggressive inline skating and I've had, tried, and tested, pads of each company including Rollerblade and JBM. I wasn't expecting much, but what I got was grade A quality. These pads are on par with 187s, even Old Bones pads. I felt my knees were a lot more secured with these on. I loved that there was a thick cushion pad right above the knee, a place where impact hits tend to be common for us, but most pads skimp on that area. This made the pad sit more secure, and helped keep it from sliding. The straps are high quality material including great velcro. The pads have the ability to be strapped on behind the knee and then with two other individual straps over top, or keep the knee straps on place and slide them on and off, then strapping the individual straps over top. Whatever way, it's comfortable, which is greatly important when wearing pads for hours at a time. We all agreed we felt a lot more secure with these pads, and after using them for four months straight I can say everything about is pad is fantastic. The real clear winner of the pad set is hands down the hand guards. I would buy pairs of these if they sold them individually. These are some of the most well fitting, comfortable, and heavily secured wrist guards I've ever tried. I cannot downplay how much I love these hand guards. I have taken some serious spills where I know my wrist was meant to take a heavy impact, but these hand guards saved them so many times. There is enough material around the actually guard where it feels like a glove almost. For me, it's perfect. I would recommend these pads hands down and they are my top set when I skate. I will be getting more just because I want the other colors.

I used this product which is a skating gear protection for my indoor skating at home learning to skate and small places even though I know how to skate in big places but can't afford for any part of my being to be injured learning how to minimize my skating and skating movements for smaller areas like dancing and so forth...and when I tell you the quality of these pads they're amazing I feel so protected the arm and wrist pads especially it has the metal thing in there like if you have carpal tunnel and you wear the brace so nice comfortable thick this is an excellent purchase very classy too. They don't itch the material is very nice very like high class quality and it looks really really good in classy matches my helmet nicely... found a helmet that matches them too but that's another review for another companyπ«£π€π The adjustability is great the fit is great like I said the elasticity doesn't irritate my skin I guess because of how it's made like I said it's high quality and I have very sensitive skin to elastic and this is absolutely superb the performance is great look like it's going to last for a long time πππππ

Personally, I absolutely love the colors of these! In a way, it reminded me of Aperture Science equipment from the Portal series. The material feels quite sturdy, and overall I liked the feel quite a lot! The knee pads specifically came a little deformed, with one being wider than the other due to the internal padding being folded in on itself for one, and spread out for the other. Regardless, I think wearing it will still provide great protection! Made myself fall a few times, and didn't hurt my knee at all! The only thing I actually wore out at a skate place were the wrist guards. I fell quite a few times due to my lack of experience, and I caught myself pretty hard a few of the times, but... the stiffness of the wrist guard prevented any sort of wrist injury due to it being harder to bend your joint. It's a little uncomfortable at first, as it feels like your movement is limited and less free, but I reckon you get used to it rather quickly once you fall a few times! (Adrenaline helps...) It's also very important to me that the wrist guards did in fact protect me, as that's how I catch myself (Hands). The elbow guard, although I'm sure it'll protect, was not necessary for my skating style or the way I fall. I would wear all pieces if riding outside on pavement or concrete, though, as you never know how hard you'll fall, how you'll fall, or what you'll hit your limbs on! I personally enjoy the bulky design of these, as it makes them look and feel robust! I understand why some people would prefer a slimmer design, but I personally enjoy these. Overall, I think this set was worth the investment! Only reason I didn't give it five stars is due to the deformed product itself. And mind you, it still functions as intended!
