Description

The Nordic Pro 1400 is a stable, robust and flexible bench that is manufactured in European beech with different options to assemble both vises to suit left and right-handed use. This bench is the new version of the popular Nordic 1450. It is the perfect bench for users with limited workshop space, measuring 56 inches long and 25 inches wide. Standard ¾-inch (19mm) dog holes in the top of the bench allow endless opportunities for a variety of clamping options, from thin and irregular components to larger items that require several points of clamping. There are four bench dogs included.

For $1,100 I would have expected a more robust box! It's a heavy package, and postal workers understandably can't be bothered to be gentle with it. This should be considered in the packaging. Mine arrived all beat up, with holes in the box where the missing vise handle must have fallen out, and dings here and there on the bench. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT, especially since a replacement vise handle from Sjobergs is around $20. Happy with the bench itself. ... show more
