This machine worked fine for approximately 6 months. I contacted the company by email, which is the only option, 10 days ago and my issue has yet to be resolved. The machine will not power on. The machine was purchased in May 2023.

I am enjoying using the Switch which supports my scrapbook addiction. I was a bit impatient with having to wait - as I'm used to Amazon Prime, but the product arrived as expected and in perfect condition. Very happy with the product.

I love Sizzix!! I actually wore my sidekick out, yes it was about 16 years old. Bought this, great deal, fabulous deal!! Even after running the plates thru about 4 times still had spots that didn't cut. Had to use the gemini jr. Not giving up!! Rewatched Tim, made sure I was doing it correctly, still have spots not cutting. A little sad about this, but not giving up!! ... show more

I was excited to go to the Sizzix Switch electric machine after using the hand crank for many years. The first day of using, the clear plates warped terribly. I have used die cuts and embossing folders for many years, and followed the layering technique per the instructions. I even watched several videos before using the Switch. My plates from the hand crank did not warped as badly as using it for just a couple of hours. Because I do not want to continually buy plates for the machine I will be returning it. I love the larger cutting space as compared to my older cutters. This cuts smoothly and effortlessly. It is a little heavy so I will probably set up permanently at home and won’t carry to crops. I really love this Sizzix Big Shot Switch Plus
