I chose this case because 1) it has a slot for the pencil on the interior side, so it's more protected when the case is closed, and 2) it's green! The color is beautiful (if not more minty blue-green then a yellow-based "matcha") and it's actually more secure than I expected. Other reviewers had issues with auto lock and/or with the case not staying closed properly, but I have had no problems so far with that. I was worried that, with such a large iPad, the magnets wouldn't be strong enough to hold it up (when used as a stand) but in both positions the iPad feels pretty secure. It's also inexpensive enough that I wouldn't feel bad "graduating" from it to a pricier case soon, but I don't think I'll need to do that. Works great as described. Magnet works in keeping the device off when closed and on when open. My apple pen stays in place. The non-porous outside-facing plastic is good for wet wipe down.

Great case! Protects iPad really well and the sleep/wake function works. It’s a little heavier than I thought it would be but seems to protect the iPad really well. The green color comes up more mint than green but I like that. My only complaint is that the pencil holder is not on the side of the iPad that can charge it. This case is very beautiful. I love the color, durability and the fact it’s lightweight. It also holds my Apple Pencil real nice, and my pencil does charge even with a silicon case on my pencil, it still charges in this case. There is a slight bump when my Apple Pencil with silicon case is on is in the case itself but it’s not a deal breaker. I love it!! Worth the money. ... show more

The case does the job in protecting your iPad. It’s able to prop up the iPad Pro 12” with ease - works great for watching stuff, but it’s not sturdy enough to draw on propped up. My major complaint about this is that it constantly lifts the corners of my screen protector every time I pop out the I pencil. It’s frustrating to adjust the case and the screen protectors corner every time I use it. This issue causes the lower rating I’ve given and makes me feel like the $20+ I spent was too much for this product. ... show more
