I used this instead of buying a biscuit cutter to do some joinery. All in all, it works. It's not for making fine furniture but it does the job fairly well after you get the hang of it. Doing a few attempts on a scrap before you dig into your project makes a big difference.

Jig is easyvto use, but the drill guides dont fit the holes. WTH . This is my 2nd jig like this. Its not a helpful tool.

as it comes with 2 sets of drill guides, i used both the 1/4" for a project. bad idea. they aren't accurate enough to do that. Every join i made was uniformly crooked. I should have spent more money on a better quality guide.

Worked fine. I fixed a door with this thing so I could make a straight hole and insert a very long lag screw. I'm not sure if it would stand up to years of use but it certainly worked for my little project. Well made; good quality for the money.
