These beautiful mugs are as pretty as they are functional. The double-walled insulation keeps hot beverages hotter for a longer time, just what I need while browsing the news on my iPad at breakfast. But the best thing is that they are simply lovely and a joy to use. The mug is sturdy and fits my feminine hand well. These compare well to my Bodum mugs, and are weightier and much more attractive. To top it all, this is a Black women-owned company and I am delighted to sing their praises. I actually had these on my Christmas list but the stock apparently ran low; as soon as they came back, I ordered them for myself and you should do the same. Shipping was a touch slower than usual on Amazon, but I'm sure those kinks will be worked out as Sisterly continues to grow as a company. They arrived extremely well-packaged. Thanks, ladies! This was a nice looking cup but complete disappointment in the way it’s made. As you can see in the photos that the inside shattered when I made a coffee. Beware of this brand!

I have been very pleased with this product. The mugs defintiely prolong the temperature of your beverage and they are very practical and ergonomically designed. There is also a very interesting and pleasing aesthetic effect from being able to actually see the beverage. I agree with other reviewers that the glass does seem fragile, so care must be taken in handling, especially when cleaning. But they are dishwasher safe (top rack obviously) as well. ... show more

These are lovely. I purchased several sets to give as Christmas presents. They don't keep the coffee any hotter than a regular coffee mug - maybe not even as hot. So - they're very pretty but don't have the functionality described.

I accidentally broke one while washing it the first time. Just bumped it the wrong way and the inside glass shattered (no mess as it was all inside the mug). I reached out to the seller via the Amazon manufacturer link and they immediately replaced my broken mug - excellent customer service! I love these mugs. As I mentioned, they are a bit fragile, but once you get used to them they are perfect! They do a good job keeping my coffee hot longer than traditional mugs and they look so pretty.
