Perfect mug cake cup.
Size: Large (Pack of 1)
Perfect for making mug cakes. Just the right size. Provides the vents for microwave use. And then store the mug cake afterwards in the same cup. Very versatile.

perfect RAMEN/noodle cup
Size: Large (Pack of 1)
A few times a week I like to make instant vegan ramen for lunch and throw in a bunch of veggies with it, and this cup is PERFECT for that. I throw everything into it, clip on the top, microwave for a few minutes (it's an extra large cup so that when the water in the ramen boils, it doesn't boil over) and then let the cup sit for a few minutes, and I get perfection. The cup doesn't get hot, the seal is mostly air-tight so the noodles can rest in the boiling water and the heat doesn't seep out, and it's so large that you can make a regular cup of ramen plus add ingredients and still have room to stir and carry it to where you are sitting and eat it. My only little tiny criticism is that where the top clips on is a raised rim around the edge of the mug, so if you make hot beverages in this, it's not a great MUG mug. It's a pain to sip around the rim. I wish they had just put the ridges on parts of the mug's edge, so that there were smooth areas to sip from. But other than that, this is exactly what I was looking for. ... show more

LOVE 'EM! Bought six.
Size: Large (Pack of 1)
(Reviewing the LARGE size Sistema Mug- 30.4 ounces, although they look alike, they come in several sizes. Check to be sure you are getting the size you want before ordering.) I absolutely LOVE these mugs. Bought a blue one first to take soup to work for lunch. However, found myself using it at home too - for soup, chili, and to store leftovers in the fridge. I have reheated mac and cheese and casseroles as well. Works also for hot or cold beverages. Lots of room for a big beverage AND ice cubes. I have made milkshakes it them. Uses are endless. (These are NOT intended to be leakproof) Snap on lid is great. NO, you can't put liquid in it and turn it upside down and expect it not to leak. I use the lid if storing in fridge or for travel. Just keep it right side up and no problems. I take the lid off in the microwave and use a venting plastic dome type cover just because I don't want to unsnap the lid while it is filled with hot liquid. No brainer. Yes you could unsnap the lid and open the vent and lay the lid on top of the mug in the microwave, but my way seems easier to me. Caution: Anything with tomato in it will stain, so DO NOT BOIL anything in them, just heat gently. Boiling/high heat can damage the plastic according to the manufacturer. Even heating gently, I did get a very SLIGHT red stain in my blue one even though I didn't boil in it, but after using and washing a couple of times, it is now gone! I liked the blue one so much, I bought one in orange, purple, green, pink and red for an even half dozen. Now when I make homemade soup or stew, I can put it in the mugs and I have lunch and or dinner for days. Meal in a mug! (Not sure about freezing in them) I try to use the red, pink, and orange one for tomato based foods. It holds almost a quart, so you can easily make a big bowl of soup without filling it to the top. That and the big handle make it easy to carry from microwave to table without the lid, even a room away. Just don’t trip! Or put the lid on while carrying. Doesn't get hot like a ceramic soup bowl. Handle stays cool and is easy for small hands and big hands alike. The plastic is almost self-cleaning. Nothing liquid based seems to stick to it, especially liquid soups. Washing is just a formality! LOL. Negative reviews seem to me to be largely from individuals who didn’t take the time to read the instructions or who are reviewing their particular seller. Not quite fair. One review I read started out with “You would assume . . .” Seriously? I am fussy, and I highly recommend these mugs. However, I read the instructions before using. Shop around; the prices vary quite a bit. I bought mine on two different websites from several different sellers in order to get the best prices. ... show more

Well made but nor for oatmeal
Size: Large (Pack of 1)
Product is well made and may be great for soups but not for oatmeal. I tried 1/3 cup of oatmeal with water and it boiled out thru steam lid. Bought based on user reviews that mentioned oatmeal, might have to try a bigger one of this brand

Size: Large (Pack of 1)
Cup works good to cook soup in the microwave. I find the lid good and the latches good. I'm not find of the colors and not being able to select which one I get. Thankfully I got a purple and not pink.

Great Mug Wrong Color!!
Size: Large (Pack of 1)
I ordered this mug for a good value and it works well. Using it is a breeze as is the cleanup! It has a tight seal and designed to hold a lot! The four out of five stars is I ordered the hot pink to match the rest of a set and I got purple. Then I saw it said ASSORTED!! Be Careful comparing what you see to what you get!! ... show more

great for microwaving work lunch items
Size: Large (Pack of 1)
These things are amazing. Used to be that a ceramic bowl or mug was my only way to heat soup or leftovers for office lunches. And the problem there is they get too hot to handle. This guy does not get hot. Plus it controls for splatters. And if you don't finish whatever you heated up in it, it'll go right into the fridge. A big can of soup easily fits in this with room to spare. The only downside is that if you try to drink from be careful. It's a very wide top and not great for drinking out of. ... show more

"SOUP"er great cup!
Size: Large (Pack of 1)
I first saw this cup at my mom's house a couple months ago while she was warming up some soup for my 5 year old niece and thought it looked pretty great. She said she had purchased a set of them from QVC quite a while back and uses them all the time and had even gave my own daughter one in a different size. I VERY frequently find myself doing the "open a can and dump in a pan" some Campbells at 8pm and thought this would be fantastic, but really didn't need a dang collection at especially how big these are! True to other reviews, the color you get is random so I got a very VIBRANT green color but its function is dynamite. I absolutely love Campbell's Tomato and Rice soup and despite it being listed on the package insert and other reviews NOT to put anything with tomato product in this cup due to staining or blistering...I have done so anyway simply because its a soup cup, and thats the soup I like! Oddly, it has not stained or blistered. Go figure, eh? I have not washed it up in the dishwasher since I do use it quite frequently, so I just scrub it up with a dish brush and Dawn after use. I also have not taken it outside of my home, so I can't say how it travels. I really can't see this fitting in ANY cup holder whatsoever. I know the top does have a nice snap down sealing top with the rocker vent cap...but I still am not so certain that I would just toss it into a backpack with a laptop or books and giver her a go for the commute without worry. For myself, I personally don't see the need to have any more than just one per person in the house. But other people like my mother who do like to use them but not wash right away and plop into dishwasher prefer to have several. (Plus she puts leftover macaroni and cheese type stuff in hers. Lol) ... show more
