I typically don't write reviews, but I felt like I needed to on this product. I ordered this roll of Siser easy weed glitter HTV, paying nearly 4 times the price I have paid on other websites (I pay $3.25/ sheet for the exact same thing) because I needed it quickly and it had prime shipping. The vinyl came rolled up in a tight little cylinder. Many companies ship their vinyl rolled, so I didn't think much of it, even though it was rolled incredibly tightly. When I finally unrolled the vinyl for use, the glitter HTV separated from the carrier sheet. I smoothed it back down to place it on my cutting may, but it continued to separate. When I finally thought I had it stuck down enough to use, I went ahead and began cutting my project. As my machine cut, the vinyl came up from the carrier sheet. My project was completely ruined and the HTV is completely unusable. For a product that had such an inflated price, I cannot believe the quality. I have used Siser easy weed glitter HTV many times, and I have had no problem until now. It is not the item itself, but the way it was handled for shipping.

I am a small business owner who specializes in personalization and customization. I use vinyl in a lot of my projects. I've tried different vinyls of different brands and price ranges. No matter what, I keep coming back to Siser brand. My customers have never complained about the way it wears or washes. I do advice my customers to wash in cold water, not to use fabric softener and do not dry the garment in the dryer. I've also used Siser with different fabrics including burlap and it adheres to everything with ease. I do use a heat press so and use a teflon sheet so that probably helps the process to run smoothly. I'm IN LOVE with the Silver Glitter Confetti color. It not only is a silver glitter but also has glitter colors of red, green, purple, blue, and other colors in it. It's SO PRETTY! POSITIVES * Easy to use. * Flawless results EVERY time. * Great Price! * Well packaged and was delivered on time. NEGATIVES * None. RATING 5 out of 5 stars. WHY? I gave this item 5 stars out of 5 stars because I'v never had any issues with this vinyl. RECOMMEND? I recommend this item to anyone who is a great vinyl that performs well time after time.

DO NOT BUY! I could not use over half of this roll. When I did it jammed and ruined my cricut. The backing pulled away from the iron on front. Was wrinkled and already pulling apart. Quality overall is much cheaper than siser brand products. Much thinner and more flimsy. Obvious cheap feel to it compared to all of my other siser vinyl. Should have known better than to put it through machine. Cheap. I do not even think it is the actual Siser brand because I only use their products and I have never had this issue. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER

I used this product with my Cricut explore air 2 and the easy press 2. It worked wonderfully!! Quick sum up of how it works: It’s just as wide as the cutting mat (about 12”) so you just have to cut to the length of your mat (12” or 24”). Face the outside or shiny side of the iron on vinyl down (one side is the clear almost transfer tape esque side, the other is the vinyl itself. You want to cut the vinyl not the tape side). Make sure you set your machine to “iron on” and also hit that “mirror” button!! Don’t forget it! I’ve ruined a good cut or two forgetting that darn button. Have it cut, weed out what you don’t want ironed on -even little tiny itty bitty pieces will iron on so be careful! But this weeded so easily it was so satisfying and there was no concern for itty bitties. When you iron it on, I would warm up your item (cloth, shirt, whatever), this just helps it stick better I think. Place your iron on design in the position you want, face down, shiny/tape side up so your design should look like it would if it were already transferred, then place your easy press or iron on top. I think I held the easy press on for about 30 seconds at about 315 degrees Fahrenheit (degrees could be off, but Google “Cricut heat guide” and you’ll be golden). Let it cool completely and then peel tape off! I didn’t have any corners stick, it peeled off perfectly! I did get a poof of glitter every time, but it was minor and didn’t affect the look at all. Absolutely would recommend!!

I did not contact the seller about the flaw in the material because I had a deadline and had to use the vinyl - fortunately I had ordered extra. As the picture show, the first inch on the roll was not sticky enough to stick to the transfer paper. I wasn't sure this was going to be a big deal until I cut my first piece of vinyl. Since the transfer paper stuck to my cutting mat easily enough the actual vinyl moved during cutting. I received 5 rolls and all 5 rolls have this issue. I'm not sure what caused it - I don't believe it to be a fault in the vinyl - rather in the way it was cut by the seller (or original purchaser) or stored by them. I love Siser EasyWeed and the rest of the vinyl cut like I expected of Siser EasyWeed.

I am new to the Cricut phenom. I like to start with the really challenging stuff. I designed an intricate logo for a gift and wanted to use glitter HTV to create custom aprons. No big deal. Peace of cake. I watched several videos and read product reviews but was undeterred. Ordered this and a couple of blanks then went off to the races. Previously I created a single sheet of vinyl stickers and I do have extensive graphic design background therefore I have some confidence but still a bit of skepticism this would go well on the first try. This stuff was easy, use the glitter HTV setting and use a new or sharp knife. Weed carefully with an exacto knife, cleaning up cuts as you go and use some Teflon sheets for ironing. Shocked at how well these came out, very happy. Excited to give these to family for Christmas.
