Sturdy Enough For Wood Subfloor
Did a complete replacement of toilet flange and drain pipe underneath pier & beam foundation. This fits inside 4" PVC drain pipe so it reduced the inner diameter to 3". It's ok since the output of toilet horns are 2" or 2-1/8" anyway, even the newer high performance premium models. I used #12 × 2" flat head wood brass screws to attach through this plus 3/4" plywood and 3/4" subfloor planks. I went underneath the house and saw the tip of the screws barely pierced through so it was perfect length. I used Gorilla Ultimate Clear Adhesive when I attached and stuffed all the crevices with Sakrete Pro Mix 9000psi concrete for stability and to keep bugs from nesting underneath there. Good product but not as long as you would think
I think this is a great product and definitely served my needs at a very good price. However, its description is misleading (thus, only 4 Stars). The way it described, you would think it is very long, almost 7 inches. However, it is only about 4 inches long so be aware of this. It easily fit into a 4 inch sewer pipe but was also very snug after pressed in. I used a generous amount of silicone caulking on the red rings. Maybe not necessary and overkill, but it is very firmly in place and I believe it will last for a few decades.

Tight seal, perfect fit, won't require cutting it out if it ever breaks.
I didn't want to use PVC glue to attach my flange to the PVC drain. This was the solution. I've used this in the past with zero problems. It fits just snug inside the drain pipe, and does not require cutting it out in case there is a problem with it. Coupled this with a danco all-in-one toilet installation kit with perfect seal wax ring &zero cut bolts, and couldn't be happier.

Solid , sturdy well made flange!
I watched about a million (ok not a million but seemed like it) videos on replacing the floor flange on my old failing metal flange that was rusted / corroded and leaking noticeable gasses from the drain. I settled on this one and it worked perfectly and is 100% stronger and solid than the old metal one. It fit snugly in the 4” drain and fit flush after shimming it a bit to get the floor height correct. It doesn’t come with screws but I had ones that worked great I used all 8 into the subfloor. The toilet is now solid as a rock, as in no more rocking at all. A standard height wax ring was all that was needed to reset the toilet and all is good. I’d use this product again for any future toilet repairs.
