Easy set up quick to learn, very portable. Made a metallic sound when sewing. Asked vendor about the manufacturer warranty and was told on Feb. 27, 2022 that my three months expired on Feb 21. Luckily I bought Asurion insurance on the machine. Contacted Asurion and thought I just had a loose metal part or something simple. Sent the machine to Asurion and received a message in two days of machine's arrival that it was unrepairable and was getting a refund. I received an amazon giftcard for the price of the machine. Highly disappointed as I am still paying on said machine through a different credit card. Would reallly have loved a replacement, not a refund. Will never deal with merchant Wholesale Connections again. First truly disappointment in all my years with Amazon. ... show more

After watching a YouTube video, my husband recommended I look at this machine. I love it. The screen display of which presser foot to use for each stitch is extremely helpful. This machine would be very usable for anyone new to sewing (or quite rusty at it as I am). I was VERY disappointed that I did not receive the Even Feed/Walking Foot nor all the bobbins that should have been included. The Styrofoam padding inside the case was also damaged which caused debris to be everywhere. The seller declined to provide replacements. ... show more

The machine, that was supposed to be new, came in a repackaged box. There wasn’t an instruction booklet, and the repackaged power cord doesn’t fit the machine, therefore it can’t work.

This is a great machine. The delivery was super quick. Had an issue with attachments which was corrected. Excellent customer service but their policies are lacking. There is no exchanges just complete refunds and reorders. I admit they are quick but still need to change the policy.

Bought this and noticed several broken bobbins and a missing, foot and seam ripper. I was told to send the whole item back and repurchase they could not guarantee all items would be included because it was refurbished. Smh

The sewing table that extends the surface for quilting does not fit the machine. Otherwise for a refurbished machine, it works great.

For a renewed machine this was a good buy. I quilt and craft. One disappointment I didn't receive the extension table for the machine. I would like to get that table please.
