This toy is just what I wanted for the little ones for Christmas; I'm so glad I ordered it. The only issue is that it's pretty loud and it doesn't seem to have a way to adjust/lower the volume! But it's so cute, the kids will probably be screaming with joy over it anyway. Incidentally, although it arrived today - USPS DELIVERED IT SOMEPLACE ELSE AGAIN!!!!! Why on earth does AMZ use the US Post Office for any delivery whatsoever; the USPS is a CATASTROPHE and as a result it reflects badly on Amazon!!!!! Think about it Amazon!!!!! AND RECONSIDER USING USPS SOONEST PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE for the sake of your good and faithful customers like me - both in the short run AND the long run!!!

I just purchased this tree for the second time for my son. I bought the first one in 2021. Everyone loves the tree! This brand is much, much better than Cuddle Barn. Cuddle Barn toys arrive not working or last 1 week to 3 months.

Soft, and exactly as described! Only issue I had was dead batteries as plastic tab didn't keep this from happening and the switch was turned on. I also think I got a used one as there was white cotton fluff stuck to black feet! It works fine though.
