The product themselves are fine. A little uneven but not a big deal. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is in the website description it says "Hand-finished wood with a Beach Brown stain and a protective NC lacquer to accentuate and highlight the grain and the uniqueness of each piece of furniture". However, when we received the items, there was no doubt it was unfinished wood. The surface was so rough and scratchy we had to seal them with 4 coatings!! Other than that, the desks came perfectly packaged. I've ordered from Amazon for more than 15 years and never seen anything packaged so well. There was no dent/lose parts whatsoever.
