First of all it felt good to not have to bend over to unfold an air mattress to inflate it. I did have a hard time getting the box into my house by myself but I made it. It’s a little difficult to move around swiftly due to the weight But the goods outweigh that. It doesn’t take long to inflate at all and it’s actually cool to watch. It’s just as high as a regular bed which is a great feature and it is OK as it relates to comfort. It’s not uncomfortable. I really don’t have anything bad to say. Fingers crossed. It seems to be holding up well. A few times I did hear a funny noise like it was a seam or something but I can’t seem to find anything just yet. I will keep checking on it and provide an update if you need it. I’ve only had it a few days so we shall see. I do think it should be a little less expensive though. *****UPDATE: What I thought was a minor leak is actually a major leak. It is totally collapsed on the side attempting to get up and when laying down I am practically laying on the posts underneath. I hurt myself trying to get off the collapsed mattress. At least with a standard air mattress you only risk being on the floor and not jabbed by posts/framing. I even started to hear the air coming out but I don’t know where it was. I’ve only had this for six days. I thought this was a good idea being disabled should be able to bypass bending down and unwrapping the traditional air mattress and having to fold it up etc. However this air mattress was triple the cost and didn’t even last me a week . I don’t have the help that I had to get this into my vehicle so now I may have to lug this heavy item in order to return it. ***** The company didn’t even call me directly. They texted only and then responded to my email after I emailed twice and texted my email. They didn’t even offer a replacement. Referred me back to Amazon whom didn’t offer a replacement. BUYER BEEARE!!!

This review is being written 13 months after purchase. We bought this for use in our guest room and found it very convenient to set up and take down. We used it about 4 or 5 times for guests. Two weeks ago we took it out for guests who were arriving the next day and it inflated but wouldn't hold the air. The weird part was that whether you "inflated" or "deflated" it kept losing air. I contacted the company and they were willing to replace it but could not get it here in time, so they offered me a full refund so we could go locally and pick up a bed for our guest. THIS IS A COMPANY THAT STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT.

I’ve been using the Queen size bed for a couple times when guest is over. Overall, I’d say this is a great buy. It’s firm, easy to use, and perfect for guests. Setting it up is super easy, it’s a 1 person job, and the self-inflating from the compact mode to full on queen bed did saved me a lot of time. I also love that it sits off the floor, which is great for keeping away from cold drafts, my guests appreciated it more than just having a mattress on the floor. As for comfort, it’s actually not bad! I left it inflated overnight, and while it lost a tiny bit of air (probably because it was near a window), it stayed firm and stable when I laid on it in the morning. Definitely felt like a solid bed. A little tricky part is packing it back up through, getting it zipped into the bag is a bit of a struggle and feels like it’s a 2 person job. But other than that, it’s compact and easy to store.

I ordered the bed because of its high ratings. However, in my experience, the bed was not as it was described. The price is way too high for what you get. The only thing that is unique is its self-inflating and self-deflating... otherwise, it's just an average air mattress that has a plastic frame and is not as sturdy as it should be. It creaks and cracks a lot when you move around. Seeing that it's meant only for a temporary setup... It would be ok if it were $150 +/- in my opinion. Sorry folks, just my honesty!

I purchased this air bed march 2024. The bed and frame is sturdy. We used this for guest and visitors who come and decide to stay overnight. I noticed air started leaking around December which is approximately 9 months after I purchased. I sent an email to the company and I quickly got a reply in less than 24 hours. I was truly amazed of their customer service! They addressed my concern and was quick to send a replacement. I sent a picture and a video of the air leak. I received the replacement in less than a week and they also attached a warranty for free! I truly appreciate the service!
