These are beautiful, heavy curtains. They look like linen, but they are very thick and completely light blocking. They don't have any lining from what I can tell, but I have been so impressed with the quality. We don't really use them to block heat, and we open them during the day to let the light in. The reason we've enjoyed them is because our bedroom gets first morning sun, and sometimes we like to sleep in. These curtains keep the light out until we're ready for it! ... show more

It blocks light, but not lined, won't block the cold or heat much, and because it's only one lightweight piece, it doesn't fall as nicely as thick and heavier curtains do, and also comes very wrinkled. It's also not soft, a little cardboard-like. The color is similar to the images, not as turquois as other sage colors on Amazon, this one is almost green, but still has a slight bluish, cool (as in not warm) tint. The quality is ok, so if you don't need insulation (which it never claimed to have), this might be good for you. For around $20, it's fine, but it's not for me, will return. ... show more

These are excellent at blocking light and have a quality drape. Love the color and it works well to blend the grays and creams in my decor. They do require steaming initially, but totally worth it!
