Wow I can't believe how well these work for the price I paid ($10 per pair). These are truly 100% blackout. I'm one of those people that is woken up by the sunlight the minute that it shines in the room in the morning; I can't sleep unless there's total darkness. I bought some other black out curtains for like $40 and they don't work nearly as well as these do. Also I think people are being a little dramatic when they say it feels like a shower curtain, I didn't get that feeling. They don't feel luxury but I also don't think they feel cheap. I bought these for the blackout function not the pattern, they are behind another set of curtains with a nice design but that aren't room darkening at all. If you need blackout curtains for a good price you'd be making a mistake to pass these up, trust me.

The curtains are polyester and came wrinkled . I used a slightly wam iron on the back of the curtains and the wrinkles came out easily. They come with plastic rings that snap into the metal rings to make the curtains slide quietly. Even though the curtains have a little stiffness, they drape well. I really like the look. It is hard to find this shorter length in a nice curtain for our bedroom but, these work.

These curtains are so cheap. Tgey reminded me of old tablecloths. They are like plastic on the inside and God only know what the curtain is made of. Not to mention the color was far off from the picture. Im terrible at returning to Amazon and will once again lose money!!

These are ok. The fabric quality is what you might expect for this price. As for the soundproofing claim. *sighs* Not on any planet in any universe are these even sound buffering, much less soundproofing. They're as thin as a paper towel. I really do think they're fine. They look ok. But please do not order these if you need something to help block noise. The soundproofing claim is from the land of make believe. The fabric feels kind of like a textured, vinyl-coated tablecloth. It's thin, and it will crease and leave a mark if you're not careful. I do not recommend laundering them unless you launder by hand in cold water and hang to dry. I would not put them in the washing machine and definitely not the dryer. One plus is that because they are so lightweight, you could hang these on a rod that's not especially sturdy. They weigh no more than nice sheers. So you could get a more substantial appearance for your windows even if your rod isn't the best. With all of that said, they're reasonably attractive. I have them in a guest room. The color and pattern are pretty, the grommets at the top are neatly done, and they hang just fine. They're too long for that room, and I was afraid to hem them by machine. So I folded up the hem and used double-sided sticky tape to hold it. That has so far worked great. Just remember the price point you're working with here and you probably won't be disappointed. These are not luxury drapes. They're not high quality drapes. They're functional, very lightweight curtains that look tidy and do actually help darken a room somewhat.

These curtains are not made of Fabric. They are made of some kind of plastic or vinyl, probably mixed with fabric. So it does not have the natural movement and look of fabric. It cuts the light and the heat really well. It has one side white and the other with the color design. I am just happy to find this rather awkward size for my office which faces the south sky, and it can be very bright in the middle of the day.
