I've ordered several cold containers and could never find one that met all the design elements I wanted. 1st, the design I chose on the outside is beautiful. 2nd, it holds exactly the amount of water I need to see me through the night. 3rd, the choice of tops for drinking from the container makes it work well in any situation. I use the screw open one because I can drink from it at any angle and not have to worry about a straw that requires the container to be held upright, also, there's nothing to bump against your nose when you tip it forward to take a drink like some bottles . 4th, there is never any condensation on the outside of the bottle. 5th, it's easy to fill and clean. 6th, it keeps my water cool to cold all night long. For those with other specific preferences, the following might be considered negatives: (1) It's fairly heavy and big around. However, I have small hands and didn't find either of those to be problems. (2) I don't use ice, so while I found the contents stayed very cool, others may expect a colder temperature retention. I don't know about hot drinks because I haven't used it for that purpose yet. I hope this answers some questions you may have. If anything ever happens to this one, I will definitely purchase another just like it.

This is my third simple modern insulated water bottle and I’ve been happy with each! I have a smaller bottle with a sip top that I use for coffee, a 40 oz which is my every day, and just purchased a 22 oz with a straw and sip top to be able to fit in my car cup holders. They hold water well, stay cold forever, and I haven’t had any issues with leaking (just need to make sure the lid is properly closed). I get a ton of compliments on my 40 oz which is the embossed black and stars, and love my new periwinkle bottle. I would never pay $50+ for a Stanley or hydro flask when the SM come in so many styles and colors and are the same quality

This was my second purchase of an SM water bottle. I loved my first so much, but I wanted a fun new color. I bought the almond birch and am so happy with it. Unfortunately, the lid with the straw started leaking after only a few days. I knew this wasn’t normal because my other bottle (that I’ve had for over 2 years) has not had that issue at all. I contacted the seller through email, and I was blown away by their kindness and generosity. They are sending me an entire new bottle and extras of both lids. This is above and beyond. so at 5:13 pm, I was walking down the stairs after giving my dog a bath and heard a knock on the door. It was my simple modern water bottle. I tore open the package and saw my new favorite purchase in the history of my life. I ran to my grandma to show her and she almost had a heart attack because of how beautiful it was. even my dog tried to steal it from me because she loved it so much. I got this for 3 reasons: 1. Made in USA. 2. Not made in China. 3. I really like the quality and ease cleaning lids with other items I've purchased from Simple Modern. This bottle is consistent. I get 64 oz water every day. Yes it's heavy of course but not awkward to carry. Working from home allows me to use this easily. If weight is an issue when i go out I'll use a smaller Simple Modern bottle. I will eventually get a different lid. The only one I am using is the chug lid. Not using the straw bc I don't want to deal with cleaning it. Nor will I use the lid cover very often. And no leaks! as is with all Simple Modern.

We love SM water bottles for our little. They are easy to clean unless your kid sticks food down the top mouthpiece, then it takes a little more work. Our little has figured out how to make the bottle leak a little from time to time but most times it’s in our diaper bag and does just fine. We appreciate the volume these hold for days out and about and that it says cold throughout the day.

I rarely have time to refill my smaller 32 oz bottle at school or at my clinicals, so I was in desperate need of a larger water bottle that would keep my water cold for long periods of time. I purchased this bottle on sale and it came with the container itself, two straws, and three different lids (straw, regular cap, and "chug" lid). Washing it with baking soda got rid of the "factory fresh" smell but my minor complaint is that if I leave water in the bottle for more than 12 hours it begins to taste kind of chemically (hence the four stars). Hopefully that will fade with time. As for functionality, it keeps my water chilly all day and the 64 oz size keeps me hydrated throughout a shift without being overly bulky and heavy. Overall I'm pretty pleased with my purchase.
