I have been doing crafts for a good majority of my life and canvas work has been a very big part of it. So to say I am overly experienced when it comes to choosing canvas would be an understatement. I was so excited when I came across this flat board canvas pack because these are perfect for any canvas art, but especially when it comes to working with kids, which I do often. I work with the kids at school in our art program on several different occasions, I just help, I am not the teacher but I also have grandkids that like to paint and neighborhood kids always looking to do something crafty with me as well as clients that I have who are intellectually challenged and art is a good form of communication for them but also helps them relax and learn how to channel some of their issues. I am the craft lady, I have a side gig in doing multiple crafts and personalized gift items. This package gives you the 3 different sizes and the canvas is really good quality. Now let's talk price, that has to be the single most impressive part of this pack to me and I will continue to order this pack especially if they leave the price point exactly where it is. Not only can you not find this price point in the craft stores for a pack this big, but I have never been able to find the variable sizes in a 16 pack in the craft stores. These aren’t super high quality, and that is reflected with a low price. However, these canvases are perfect for young children to express their creative talents. The canvas does imprint slightly with the bend of the cardboard underlay. If you were using mixed media, you could hide these flaws easily. But if you’re going to paint with acrylics and have a flat picture you’re going to notice the flaws. With that said, for the price of $15.99, this is an amazing deal for 16 pieces. ... show more

We have aspiring painters in the house, so a blank canvas is like gold--and sometimes it gets painted gold...but most times it ends up very abstract while mom & dad try to guess what is what. Ha! These canvases are nice. The different sizes are nice to have on hand. They are thin-ish (is that a word?). By that I mean they can be bent somewhat easily--especially the larger canvas. I hasn't happened yet, but I do think it's possible. For the price, this is hard to beat--especially if you have artsy kiddos in the house! ... show more

This is a really good price for this pack of canvases. My 6 year old is always drawing or painting something. And she's pretty good for her age, way better than I am as an adult. So I'm always getting her different things to work with. She's only tried acrylic markers so far but the color shows up really well. It's easy to work with. It's a flat canvas but feels pretty durable. For how many you get and various sizes this is a great set! ... show more

These are canvas boards, not full framed canvases, so be sure you know what you are buying. I love these canvas boards because they already have gesso applied, allowing my paint to go on smoothly and saves me the time and effort of prepping the board. I use these mainly to try out different color combinations and brush techniques. I guess you would say they are my "draft" painting. The price is good and the quantity of boards allows me to feel free to explore different painting methods without worrying about ruining a painting. ... show more

This is a great set of canvas boards with various sizes. It was fun and relaxing to paint with the kids. Nice quantity of boards for the cost. They are thin so still need to figure out the best way to display/mount them.

They are pretty flat canvases and not bad, tho I kinda wish they was a bit more evenly spread, over all these are really good for the price, you do not suspect it to be this well but it is.
