I purchased two of these for use during a trip to Italy. I followed the instructions and it did not work. I e-mailed their support team from the QR code on the package and got a prompt reply. I tried the APN name they supplied and it still didn't connect. I e-mailed again and they gave me the options of trying for a refund or having them fix it. I opted for the fix, they activated the SIMs from their end, and it all worked after that. I had to supply them with the Amazon Order number and SIM serial numbers. After activation, it all worked very well. We had 5G coverage for the majority of our trip, and the cost was reasonable with 10GB for $10.

Purchased this for my 6-day trip to London for use in my Android phone. Inserted the SIM card, phone registered it but would not connect to data or allow calls. I went through all the trouble-shooting provided with product, nothing worked. Sent an email to the support address, no response. I suspect the problem is in the APN settings but they do not provide the APN settings to use in the documentation and could not find anything on the web. Don't waste your money on this product.

I used this card in Paris in November..it worked great.dsta only but all I use with whatsapp and internet .The Sim didnt work at first for rhe first 12 hours being there. After emailing tech support they got it to work....they said in the future on future cards just email tech support and ask them to force the settings ahead of time and let them know when you need it active...I will be doing that on future pruchases.

The card came with extremely poor directions for setting up, and so I didn't know what network I was supposed to connect to. It then disconnected from the network I first joined and had trouble connecting from then on. I gave up trying to work with this card and purchased another SIM card from a corner shop while I was in Spain.

This is my first time working a SIM card for my unlocked phone. To say there were challenges would be an understatement but they were all on my end. While the phone was "unlockable" I hadn't completed the unlock process with ATT {they didn't make it easy}. With a hotel WiFi connection and finally a good WhatsApp conversation, the Ringsim tech support was able help me identify the breakdown. I was able to correct and connect for my ATT purchased phone {a Samsung S10e, ~4 years old). My travel from Southwestern US to Eastern Europe to the tech support in SE Asia, created a number of challenges in communication but we were able to connect the dots and work the problem. Kudo's for the support from Ringsim, much more than I expected!

My current iPhone only uses eSIM so I am not able to use this SIM card unless I use another phone with a SIM card holder. This is used for data only, no phone calls although it might work if you have an internet based phone. I like the way it is packaged with a holder for the included SIM tool and the card you are replacing or holding this one. For travel to the 5 countries it covers, this will be good since it lasts 30 days from activation and has substantial data for the cost.
