Okay, it isn't PERFECT but I have purchased every split silicone case I could find and this is the best by FAR. I love it. It fits well (very tiny bit off around track pads but it's not noticeable.) It doesn't slide around. It is SO nice to hold, way more comfortable and my hands don't get achy because the silicone provides nice cushioning. The grip texture is excellent, my other cases were still slippery. The silicone really is super silky, feels like high quality and it's not STICKY. Most silicone stuff my cat's fur sticks to but not this. I also love that it stands on its own! It wobbles when I'm standing it up but never falls down, it makes it easy to take a break and not have to lay it down and block vents. Very easy to put on, durable, thick, and will not easily tear or deform/stretch out. So my one and only real complaint: the case is too thick around the + and ABXY buttons, and the menu/start buttons are hard to press. I have to cut my thumb nails off to play with this case on. Otherwise my nail gets blocked by the thick edge of the cutout making it hard to push the directional pad/abxy buttons. What they need to do is make the edge around the cutout thinner. The case sticks out slightly further than the buttons do, that's the issue. It's hard to explain but I included a photo showing the cutout. SHE THICC! That said... All the cases have this issue. (ONE thing that was better with another case was built-in "buttons" over the start/menu so you can easily push them.) It doesn't stop me from using it and enjoying it. I can cut my thumb nails. But I wish I could find stick-on ABXY/+ button caps for the Deck. I found them for Switch but they are too big :( I still recommend it, just make sure you test it out before your return window closes. OH and the thumb grips it comes with for free suck. They are the wrong size, fall off, and are too thin. I own a dozen better grips, see other accessories below. (Also on my Deck: Luck & Link trackpad protectors, Skull & Co thumb grips [Geekshare are good grips too] Skull & Co back button enhancers [what is this button design, Steam?!] 540° USB C adapter, cord protector, UV filter Ivoler screen protector. Also highly recommend the JSAUX upgraded storage case.) (P.S.- A warning ⚠️ regarding shipping, not the item: I had a horrible experience buying this on Amazon, they did refund but I never actually got it and had to find it elsewhere and paid more 😢 I got this and a storage case and they were sent in one large mailer bag, but only the big case was there... Then I noticed that the end of the mailer had not been completely sealed!!!! The strip over the self-adhesive was partially still attached so there was a 5" wide opening and I am guessing the item just slipped right out. Amazon did refund but they make it SO DIFFICULT to get help, they bury it under unhelpful advice to just wait for it to magically appear. I have had a lot of bad experiences esp. with the "free Next Day Delivery with $25 minimum purchase" which is what this was. So I'm just ranting to vent and warn ppl, their shipping is awful and those Next Day drivers are just randos like DoorDash so get normal Prime shipping and always make sure you can return!!!! TLDR; Amazon shipping blows, and so does the customer service. W+ is so much better 😊

I’ve bought a ton of cases and grips and so far this is my favorite. I’m not sure why it has such a low rating, especially the value you get for the cost. It helps a TON with grip (take it from me, I play in bed holding my steam deck over me so it’s important I can hold onto it). The texture is soft silicone near the center and then has some texture around the handles to make it easier to hold. One thing I especially love is that no matter how much I stretch it, it retains its shape. Which is great because I hate putting cases on and having them pull the joystick all the way down or when it feels like I have to be rough with the steam deck to get the case on. This stretches nicely around it and fits it really well and retains its shape no matter how much I mess with it. The one thing is that it does make the buttons more recessed— BUT! I haven’t found a case that doesn’t do that. I searched for 3D stickers on Amazon and found some cute small ones that I put on the buttons and it’s super comfortable to use. Anyways I bought the light pink one and I’m about to buy another. As you can see I like to decorate mine a bunch haha. It’s silicone so not everything sticks to it easily but I swear I’ve covered this thing in stickers and silly putty and gem stones and even tried doodling on it with pencil. I washed it off and it still looks BRAND new. It’s great quality. Would highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. Firstly, you do NOT receive thumb grips as others have stated. The product title is misleading and should be changed. The thumb grips in my photos are from PlayVital. With all that said, I really like the white grips. They fit quite well for the most part, but there's a slight lift near the trackpad (see my photos). However, it's not noticeable while gaming. The color is accurate; these are indeed cream white. While it doesn't match exactly with my white PlayVital thumb grips, it still looks really good. The soft silicone feels nice and does prevent the deck from sliding out. If you have sweaty hands like me you'll enjoy these grips as it also protects the deck from having to clean after each session. Currently, we don't have many or any options for white grips in this style. Jsaux has one at $12, but it's gray. That one feels much better, but again, it's gray, not white. So at $20, I feel it's high for these white grips and not to include thumb grips, but without other options, I'm going to keep them and enjoy them until more choices become available. I'll report back on yellowing since it's a common issue with white-colored products.

I ordered these because I have a special mount for a magnetic backup battery that won't work with full body grips. Mine DID come with thumbstick toppers (saw some reviews saying they didn't come, idk what's up with that) but I've had them on for about a week and I love them. Feeling isn't sticky like most cheap grips, nice soft feeling and I love the white contrast. Only down side it pressing the small buttons (start/select) or steam buttons has to be a bit more pointed with your finger since they are lower height than the other face buttons. But doesn't really bother me. Would recommend!! Side note: the supplied thumbstick toppers are a little loose on the sticks but still work fine, I just opted for different ones for more color options (shown in pic). But I'm glad they supplied them anyway!
