Fun product and makes painting a snap, if only the water cup was detachable. The whole thing seems really well thought out, a place to put down different brushes, mix paints etc. but I always need to change out my water at least once and clean up is more difficult trying to carry it with a water in a built in cup. This is a silicon mat as advertised. It came folded so there is a slight crease in the middle of mine but other than that it works as intended. The mat itself is thin so it doesn't interfere with writing or crafts if you are working near the edge. I purchased for my kiddos to use for coloring and painting. It washes easily as well.

I saw a video of someone using this with their kid and thought “forget kids! I want that for myself!” I just bought myself a new desk to be able to work at and I’ve been worried about ruining it with water and paint. I quickly purchased this and it’s been great! The built in cup is a cool feature. The mat stays in place as I work which is really nice. I haven’t used the paint wells but I’m sure they’d be great for kids use or paints that will get used up in the process. Overall, very pleased with this purchase.
