I just spent a pretty penny on higher end nonstick green pans. They do call for silicone utensils and I only had what I think is a harder plastic. I was worried I would not like cooking with these but so far I like them better! They clean easy, hold up to high heat and wont scratch my beautiful new pots and pans. These are great. They hold up well, and are easy to clean. The whisk broke after 2-3 uses, but all the other utensils hold up well, even when thrown in the dishwasher.

The utensils are easy to clean but I learned you have to dry the utensils right away or they get ugly water spots on them.
