Product stopped working after less than 15 days of use, it is no longer holding the paper magnetically. I don't recommend it, I bought it and I don't have a guarantee because I took it to Brazil, and the company refuses to replace the piece. There are several cases like this on the internet. Several people in the comments said they had problems and the company refused to offer help or guarantees. The card stock does not stick to the mat when your done cutting out your design. Ease of use and not all the mess of sticky mats!

    • Bad design and causes all kinds of problems
I was hoping this would work to eliminate using the sticky mat. The electrostatic mat did hold down the cardstock I was using, but when cutting a project it randomly would cut in the wrong place. I've had years of experience using the Cameo 4 and now the 5 with great results cutting every design perfectly. After installing the electrostatic mat it would cut as much as 1/2 inch in the wrong place. If you asked it to do a double cut it would never follow what it had just cut and be off as much as a 1/4 inch. I have a feeling a lot of people will be returning the mat after using it just for a short time. I got a full refund after I sent the one I bought back. ... show more

    • inconsistent print and cut.
Can't figure out why using the electrostatic mat causes inconsistent print and cut. When I use the regular mat, it cuts great on the same place everytime! Using this I can't predict where the cut line is actually going to be. No matter if I calibrate to fix it, it changes on me. Using different setting in the software like different mats don't work. I don't know if I just have a bad electrostatic mat accessory. Wasted a ton of material to figure out it was the electrostatic mat was the problem. ... show more
