I love my new Cameo 5! What more can I say, the function and cutting accuracy makes it a great value for the money. The size is average for most e-cutters although it has somewhat of a smaller footprint on my tabletop and runs quieter than my old Cameo. The stickiness of the mat is suitable for my intended uses. I highly recommend this product.

My husband ordered this for me on May 1, 2024. I received it as a gift for mother's day and registered it with Silhouette. After MANY issues getting it started (because they were apparently making some kind of changes that were causing issues), I got it up and running. I got in 4 successful project cuts. I was doing a 5th cut today. All of the sudden, my project went sideways. I hit the PAUSE and a piece of plastic shot out of the machine like a rocket! I looked and the guide wheel was stuck in the corner standing up. I contacted Silhouette, since it has been less than a year. They said they won't cover it. I have to contact Amazon. Amazon said THEY won't cover it. I have to contact Silhouette. I have tried reaching out to the third party seller, MIMI LLC, since they sold it to us. There is no way to contact them through Amazon. The bot just sends me in circles. At this point, I just have a $300 hunk of plastic sitting around my house that no one is willing to service or repair. Silhouette didn't even offer to fix it, and they DON'T have a phone number you can call, which is just really scammy. Don't waste your time or money on ANY product by Silhouette. It's garbage!

this is an upgrade from my cameo 2 (after 10 years it stopped working) the new one has a lot of upgraded features and works way better than my prior machine. It is quieter but still hear it cutting. Big fan of this brand and hoping it lasts me another 10 years. Love the color as well and the bundle is nice.

Its great my Cameo 3 started having issues so I finally upgraded. For the price of it I will probably end up getting another for a backup in the closet! I hate having to buy new and get used to the new version. Thought about getting the 24" but 12" works for everything I want to do.

The media could not be loaded. The machine came packaged perfectly and works great for me. The only issue is that the blade doesn’t work as it should, the machine doesn’t recognize it, so I have to buy a new one La maquina vino empacada perfectamente y funciona genial para mi. El único problema que tuve es que la cuchilla de corte que trajo la máquina nunca funciono como debe ser, la maquina no la reconoce, tuve que comprar una nueva porque la necesitaba urgente y no tenia tiempo de reclamarle a amazon.
