I'm reupholstering the headliner in my 99 Dodge Ram. There was absolutely zero insulation on the roof and back wall inside my cab. I added this and the butyl matt to both and just those 2 have been a game changer for quieting my interior. I run TOYO Open Country R/T 33s and Flowmaster super 44 mufflers. It's never been quiet inside my truck. Now, the exterior noise is barely noticeable. Can't wait to do my doors and floorboard. Now I don't have to have my stereo loud to hear it.

To start off i just want to say i used kilmat along with this foam sheeting. The durability is something you'll noticed straight away as you start to apply your first pieces. For me, i was amazed to see the thickness return after rolling it on. Its vibration reduction was helped with the kilmat but it made whatever they were applied to sound solid. the sizing for the sheets were really nice, you could apply full sheets in large areas, or cut them down to shape for odd/small areas. The value is good, but ill probably get the thicker option in the future.

Absolutely love it. Used to insulate the inside of my jeep wrangler roof. Super thick and seems to stick very well. Need to clean my scissors with acetone, but well worth it.

Really easy to install, it did quite things down a little bit. If you want a substantial difference especially on rougher roads I heavily recommend going with the butyl style mats.
