There is pull down size chart that you click on and a size chart further down on the main page. A 44.5 EU size is usually perfect for me and on the pull down size chart the Brand Size said 11 which had 44.5 EU and on the other size chart it had the Brand Size 10.5 which had the same 44.5 EU. I don't remember if they had a size 10.5 when I was looking at these or not. When my shoes came the only number I saw inside the shoe was a 46 which I assume is the Chinese sizing which would mean the EU size would be a 45.5 and a US 11. I believe if I would have gotten the 10.5 they maybe would have been perfect? Don't know! These are a little long and a little big. For walking probably ok, for playing sports we'll find out. By the way my foot is just a smidge over 11".
