The media could not be loaded. Poorly constructed, the magnets contact the flywheel at the higher resistance settings. Removed the cover to inspect and the magnet arm pivot point needs to be shifted outward some (not possible without welding/redrilling holes). There was also significant misalignment between the flywheel and magnet arm. The resistive load is not near as high as I was expecting. This could be due to the misalignment/gap though.
