They weren't too difficult to put together once you had the first one completed and knew what you were doing. They are really comfortable to sit in, no need for a back pillow like our old wooden ones. We have bought several brands of poly Adirondack chairs and for the money, these are quite sturdy. Not terribly difficult albeit a bit time consuming. One arm was slightly bent so it took some force to get it assembled. While they are not adjusting and the white is more off white, I would buy more of these. ... show more

    • I Didn't Realize I had To Drill My Own Holes...

I ordered 2 chairs so far and set them up, I have 2 more on the way... but one of the chairs didnt quite have holes drilled through which made set up for the one chair very difficult, it was also missing an instruction guide, so luckily I found a PDF version of it... however once set up was complete, the chairs were very comfortable and sturdy... I recommend building them on the grass or on a towel to avoid scratching. ... show more

A good value. Product packing was all well done, no missing parts, no damage. Relatively easy to assemble - took about 30 minutes per chair. But definitely do not try to do the job with just the Allen wrench that comes with it. I used a hex bit in a cordless drill; using just the Allen wrench wold take forever and make you crazy. Could also use a ratchet wrench with the right size hex bit, but drill a lot quicker. WD40 lubricant on screws also help a lot. Can' comment on durability as just assembled them today, but they feel sturdy, well designed, and solid. Compared to similar polywood chairs at a furniture store as nearly $500 each, there are a good buy. ... show more

One of the two chairs had a misdrilled hole so I had to return for a another chair. But I don't think that's the norm. These are great chairs at a great price. I'd buy again in a NY minute

The chair is beautiful, have, and well made. Very happy with it. BUT I have to disagree with those who say it was easy to assemble. The instruction pictures changed orientation between steps two and three which seemed unnecessarily confusing.

Product looks good when assembled, however there is something “off” with the screw holes on the left arm of the chair. I purchased two of these and had the same issue with both. One of the holes is a couple of mm off which makes it difficult to align and assemble on that side.
